This rice cooks very nicely in an instant Pot. The Gundry plan recommends rice from India, so this works. However, I found Indian Basmati rice at the corner store that costs far less.

This was delicious, full of flavor and we love the texture of basmati rice, so I was happy to find an affordable organic one. Only complaint...wish there was a bigger bag available.

This rice has a good flavor, definitely need to soak it for at least 30 min before cooking. I bought it on sale so the price was great but when I came back to reorder it the 2nd time it was double the price, I didn't like it that much so bought some at my local grocery store instead.

Lovely Indian Brown Basmati rice, soak for 1/2 hour before cooking. Grains are larger then regular Basmati.
