Caseology Skyfall for Galaxy Note 9 Case (2018) - Clear Back & Slim Fit - Ocean Blue

They forgot to ship mine. I contacted Amazon the day it was supposed to arrive. The seller expedited it and I received it the next day. I really like the case. It protects my phone well and its slim and sleek and doesn't add much bulk to my phone at all. I also found a solution for the wet spot/bubble other reviewers were complaining about. Mine had the same issue, but I cleaned the inside of the case with rubbing alcohol and now the bubble is gone and the case looks great! I'm very happy with the purchase.

An excellent case for the Note 9. - It features perfect cut outs (even the aux cord fits easily). - Responsive buttons that work on the first press without having to push hard. - duel layer protection with the clear casing covering the entire phone, and a second colored layer that gose over the edge of the phone. - A minimal profile on the phone without loss of protection. This case really doesn't add a noticeable amount of bulk to the phone and still has the raised edges on the top and bottom of the phone to protect the phone from a face down drop. I work in a warehouse and have dropped my phone on the hard concrete floor a few times and have had zero damage to the phone so far. I have a few hardly noticable tiny dents on the second layer of the case, but that is it. - On a side note, the case is completely compatible with wireless charging. I have had a case before that clamed this ability, but only worked if placed %100 perfectly on the charger (that is not the case with this one).As for the bad parts of the case: -First is the right out of the box fit. First time I put this case on the phone I wasn't sure if it was going to fit. It was a REALLY tight fit. It remains a tight fit to this day, but a lot easier to remove and place back on the phone now. - Second is the "clear" case. The case is clear, but because of the tight fit (I can only guess anyways), it doesn't fit flush against the back of the phone so the color of the phone gets very muted. To add insult to injury, part of the case dose sit flush against the back of the phone. The part that dose touch the back of the phone will show the true color of your phone. So what you end up with in the back, is a very muted phone color with a weird stretched out oval of your phones true color. Not the end of the world, but not ideal either.

The case for what it is: Not bad. Solid, durable, feels like it can take a hit. But what it makes up for its durability, it lacks in comfort with sharp cut edges on the plastic. Its also an absolute pain to get off and on. I have had this since I got the phone and its just been an overall mediocre case. Its surprising, because Caseology is a big name in the phone case world. But I preferred the Supcase I had on my Note 8 in comparison.Another massive pain: The clear plastic is an absolute magnet for finger prints. And if you get a hair under the case, good luck getting it out. Overall, I'm not a fan. Going to check about a refund in order to get the Leigon and see how that goes.

The case arrived in a timely fashion, on the same night I actually received my Note 9. It fits well, and has protected my phone from a couple of drops since I've had the phone. (What can I say, I'm clumsy! That's why I got a case.) Functionally, I'd give the case three out of five stars. On both of the drops, the colored blue plastic that goes around the phone has popped off, and it's already starting to sag around the edges of my phone's face.Cosmetically, I'm not terribly impressed. It looks nice at a glance, but once it is on the phone, there is a terribly persistent bubble on the back. Cleaning, wiping, re-seating - nothing has banished the large bubble that sits below my fingerprint scanner. It's an eyesore, and I got a clear case so that I could still see the pretty phone I purchased. With the bubble, it's not so pretty. This takes it down another star.For the money, it's not a bad case. I've gone ahead and bought an Otterbox and plan to switch to that soon. If you buy this, plan to be stuck with a persistent air bubble on the back that shows through the transparent piece. If you don't mind it, or want to put a sticker on it, more power to you.

The last phone case i had was a dual layer pc/tpu case just like this. I loved it and when i upgraded to the note 9, i couldnt find one like it until i stumbled onto this one from caseology!The good:•Price - $14.99•PC back means it wont yellow over time and you can customize your phone cover•Lavender accent matches the phone exactly•The buttons are easy to press•The ports are all easily accessible•The s pen opening is wide and great for those with large fingersThe bad:•There was a bubble on the back like others mentioned. It didnt go away with rubbing alcohol either. My bubble is minor and doesnt bother me since i have a pop socket over it.•I didnt fault the brand for this since it cannot be helped but the raised lip is only on the top and bottom of the screen. I dont expect the screen protection to be the best but since the sides are curved, it will be impossible to find a similar style case that does protect all around.Overall, i think this is a great case. It is exactly what i was looking for. It doesn't add too much extra bulk to the phone and i can still show off the phone's color. The other cases i kept seeing were 360 cases. In theory those are great but they tend to have a bubble on the front of the screen. I would gladly sacrifice screen protection rather than getting a 360 case.

Useless case; not screen protector friendly at all (it comes round far too much on the edges and sides) and it leaves a watermark type mark on the rear that never disappears as the rear of the phone touches the inner plastic, but doesn't sit flush. Avoid and go with Spigen or Ringke!

I have been using this case since I got it in october 2018. It still looks amazing, though the transparent border has become more brownish with time, it doesn't bother me that much and the color can't be seen so much in contast with the blue from the phone, unless you really pay attention to it. The back hasn't gotten many scratches and is quite easy to clean when it gets dirt between it and the phone after some time. Fingerprints are not a big issue either. And for those who use the pen very frequently, the case has a cut that makes it very easy to get the pen out very naturally. Would definitely buy again!

This case fits my Note 9 perfectly and does not interfere with the temp glass screen protector (different brand). The clear part has not yellowed the slightest bit. It is not slippery and feels comfortable and secure in my hand when walking around.I have dropped from different heights, landed on the face, back and sides and never had an issue. I would recommend this case.

Sehr gutes Case, optisch und funktionell empfehlenswert. Was mich etwas stört ist der transparente Rücken, der gerne am Note 9 Glasrücken klebt, was dann nicht so schön aussieht. Außerdem ist die rückseitige Oberfläche ziemlich glatt, so dass man schnell Fingerabdrücke und Schmutz sieht. Da das alles die Funktionalität und die schöne Optik von vorne nicht beeinträchtigt von mir eine Kaufempfehlung.

After contacting them about this issues they've told me to wash the case because this was caused by the adhesive from the plastic protector that's in the case. After doing all the steps they've instructed me it only lasted a day and that water effects is back and bigger, now they're saying that this is not a defective case but this was because of the glass finish of the note 9 and they stopped replying to my email. Very disappointed with this product and seller. Don't be fooled by the descriptions because it's falsely advertised and just all marketing money grab. Get better cases out there for far more better product and price. This seller and product's junk!
