This is the best card ever!
No problems using the recording mechanism. Sound was clear and understandable. My daughter lives across country and it was amazing for her dad and and little brother and sister and I to sing happy birthday to her just as if she was with us!!! Many happy tears shed. Hands down I would say buy this card!!!!

Great card for a blind friend!
Great card for a friend who is blind, although I had to buy 2 of them because the first one was damaged in the mail and did not work on arrival.

Mail in Padded Envelope!
Loved this card - my kids recorded Happy Birthday song for their Grandma. I shipped it in the mail but it must have gotten ruined/crushed because when it arrived it didn't work. :( Perhaps put it in a padded envelope if you're going to mail it? Probably should put that recommendation on the instructions somewhere. Great concept but sad it didn't work when delivered.

Unreliable playback
The card doesn't always finish playing the entire 30 second message that was recorded - don't waste your money on this thing

Very hard card to find locally Amazon had it at a great price and it worked perfectly

Don't send it through the mail unless you put it in a box.
Took a little time to figure out how to record the message. It did record and was loud enough, but I sent it by mail and by the time it got to my friend the message was erased. Probably better not to send through the mail.
