this is even better than I expected it to be. The outfit arrived ahead of schedule in good condition. I did not realize until it did that this is not a dress, but rather a separate shirt and skirt, which is not a problem- just worth noting. The material is high quality and not costumey at all. The seams seem secure and well seen, with no loose threads. The package also included multiple hair accessories, bows, pins, bells, and a matching fan to complete the outfit exactly as it is shown in the picture. It is far better than I expected for the price, and I absolutely love it.

Has elastic waist, just as expected. Its short but covers everything. Also shipped faster than anticipated from China.

It was a waste of money. It was a gift for a teenager, and she is very small and it did not fit her. I send the product to the seller address and it was send back home.
