This trowel is really good except I expected the entire face of it to be mirror polished. The outside two thirds are but the center strip has big, deep scratches. It is not a big deal since when applying plaster finishes, one nearly always uses the trowel at an angle. The handle feels nice and it is a sturdy blade.

I am a beginner DIY-er with Venetian plaster. Just did my first wall. Came out great with correction for minor errors that a beginner is expected to do. The trowel is the right one for the job. Strong yet flexible.

I bought this to apply Venetian plaster to my new bathroom. I used a real tinted plaster and not the paint based product. The rounded edges and the slight bevel on the perimeter make the job easy.

Just what I needed. Right size and pre-worn - YAY! Will really help me with a very large project coming up.

It is easy to hold. great design. needed a steel trowel and this is a great product for a great price.

I was not real impressed with the trowel iv had gem trowels before and they were nice and polished smooth but this one has grinder marks right up the center of the blade and around all the edges...not sure if ill get same preformance as my other trowel i got from faux effects which was stole by a jealous painter..its sad..but anyways when I was reading about tool discreption I had read about beveled edges and comfort handle and polished venetian texture and my mind said it was a polished trowel yet the description was referring to a texture not the tool..kinda disappointed when arrived but have to try n make it work job is to be done in 3 days and cant afford to buy different on yet..maybe ill try n polish it myself and hopfully I can get the smooth glide that I need for texturing... provly why no pictures of bottom but handle is ok that was in picture amd delivery was great.
