揺れない
500のフラスク入れても揺れない。快適に走れました。

Sサイズなら胸囲95cmでTシャツ1枚でちょっときつめ
サイズ詳細がいまいち分からなかったので当てずっぽうでSサイズを購入。機能や品質には問題なし。届いて装着してみたところ、SサイズでTシャツ1枚でジャストフィット(少しきつめ)。MサイズだとTシャツの上にもう1枚着られる自由度が得られる感じでした。

使い勝手は、抜群❗️
基本は、トレランレース用に購入しましたが、低山のピストンとかでも使用しています。最低限の食料(行動食)とファーストエイドキット、小物の収容ができ、使い勝手はとても良いと感じています。

フィット感抜群、揺れずに快適
胸のポケットにソフトフラスク（500ml）2本、背中に救急セット、レインウエア、ヘッドライトに補給食等を入れてトレイルを走りました。ピッタリフィットして揺れないので快適に走れました。背面の荷室はおろさないとアクセスできないので使用頻度の低いものを入れることになります。胸のポケットはフラスク用と手前にもあるので手前は補給食等直ぐに取り出したいものを入れることになります。ジッパーやフラップがないので飛び出る可能性はあります。ぴったりフィットしていればそんなことはないとは思います。左側だけジップ付きのポケットがあります。スマホや鍵等を入れる用かと思います。私はスマホをウエストポーチに入れていたので使用しませんでした。フラスク用は飲み口に飛び出し防止の引っ掛けるゴム紐があるので安心です。半日～一日で終わるレースならエイドの補給食などの状況にもよりますが、これで事足りるのではないでしょうか。
