We had this mattress for about a year. After 5-6 months use both sides of the mattress sunk.
We bought this mattress last year and after 5 or 6 months both side of the mattress sank and there is no support at all. I’m not sure if we gotten a damaged mattress or it’s just the quality of serta mattresses. We have followed the instructions for this mattress to rotate every so often but no use. The amazon return policy for mattresses is too short. For the price we paid it suppose to last longer than just 6 months.

Nice Firm Mattress However...
I just bought this mattress about a month ago and the price dropped $400 so that's pretty disappointing. Otherwise, the mattress is exactly what we wanted. It's a firm mattress and we sleep great on it.
