It seems like it depends on which box they grab to fill the order. I received the German language version.

There are 16 cases. I don't think there is much replayability. We are done with 5 cases and already saying when we finish we will pass it off to our friends who play games as you don't mark or destroy anything while playing.

Not really. It's a huge unfordable map and there are numerous sets of cards that you need at your disposal. So, I wouldn't classify this as a game that can be carried in a purse.
