Portable, Amazing Sound, Convenient Price
I was sad when I missed the massdrop for these IEMs (in ear monitors) because I was genuinely curious about trying them out. They looked light, compact, and stylish which is something I wanted for audio gear that I take with me whenever I commute or go to study somewhere. They also have 4 drivers which was very intriguing to me. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they were also available on amazon after the drop ended.DesignThe IEMs were actually smaller than I expected, and they are very sturdy. They have three bass vents on the sides. The isolation is great on these despite that. There was no sound leakage when listening at normal volumes. Since I intend to use these on the go. The main device I used to play them with was my iPhone 8+ with the little dongle for 3.5 mm headphone port. The wire was initially pretty stiff but loosened up after a few uses. No microphonics are also a nice plus since I’ve been taking it around everywhere. They come with a free cable and the standard small, medium, large earbuds.SoundOverall, the sound of these have a slight leaning towards being V shaped, which is my personal preference.Bass: The bass has a great presence in every song I listen to. However, this is not by volume but by quality. The bass is punchy and precise.Mids: The mids are good for vocals both male and female. For myself, I think these IEMs shine more with hip hop and EDM. The mids are by no means bad, but the treble and bass are both excellent so if I had to choose a area of weakness it would be here.Highs: The highs have that certain sparkle and resolve with amazing clarity. They never really have that sibilance that people tend to complain about, and never reach that level of painful listening even at higher volumes.Comparisons:Apple Earpods: Apple earpods are not as awful as some people wish for them to be. However, they are rather expensive and are near the price of the TRN V80 which is a huge disparity. In comparison, the earpods sound thin, and they lack the isolation since they are not sealing like IEMs.Shozy Zero: These were originally my favorite, but they had a poor cable and seemed to distort at higher levels. Despite the advantage of being wood, I much prefer the bass within the TRN V80. The mids are comparable, but the highs of the Shozy Zero left much to be desired.VE Zen Lite: I was originally using these for both at home and on the go. However, I think they benefit from an amp while the low impedance of the TRN V80 make it much better for everyday use. The VE Zen Lite have better mids and highs, but the bass loses out compared to the TRN V80. Not to mention that Zen lite also cost $100 more. Once, again the VE Zen Lite are not isolating and are more open earbuds like the Apple earpods since they are not IEMs.Overall: The value for these IEMs are amazing, and I’d strongly suggest considering them when considering any audio gear under $200. I had high expectations, and these did not disappoint.

Great Value
I bought these after seeing a lot of positive buzz about them, was a bit apprehensive because of some of the negatives that I've read (sibilance, build, comfort, cable). I can honestly say my experience with these have been pretty good.Build and comfort are both great, I wear them at work and they aren't very noticeable after hours of wear, they are light and small so they fit with no pressure points. They stay in well while walking and looking around, could probably work out in these (don't think they are sweatproof). The build quality is WAY above it's price range, the cable is nice and sturdy. They look good as well.Sound is AMAZING. They have a really good balance of bass and highs. If you listen to Hip Hop, R&B or electronic music, you'll love these. The bass is THERE but not drowning, they go really deep too. The mids are clear and a little set back, but not too much you can hear vocals and background instruments just fine with really good separation. The highs are very bright and clear. Some very compressed music may be a bit sibilant but they get that way with most headphones that are bright no matter the price, it's not the fault of the headphones. I think the highs are very good with good extension and can add energy to songs that don't normally have much. There is really good separation of instruments and vocals and the soundstage is above average. These headphones came to me with little expectations and they have amazed. They were going to be my "beaters" but they have moved up to daily driver. These are a great "FUN" headphone that should amaze most.

QC in recent models ?? (2022)
I have two pairs of the TRN V80s that I purchased in 2018. Excellent sound quality and they are still holding up. I had some 15 year old Klipsch earbuds that I use for monitoring in a band finally bite the dust a few weeks ago. My experience with the TRN V80s has been so good that I decided to replace the Klipsch's (expensive) with these. Wondering about the QC nowadays compared to 2018. The right side driver is really low compared to the left side. Since I have two other pair I was able to mix and match cabling and drivers to pinpoint that the exact issue is the right side earphone. I am sending this set back for a replacement. Hopefully no issues so leaving three stars for now. If a second set comes in with issues it's going to have to go to a one star; if the second set is good I'll bump to 4 stars.Update Sept 17, 2022: Replacement pair arrived with no issues. Bumped to four stars.

A welcome addition to my small collection of iems.
My go to headphones the last few months has been the KZ ZSR. The past few weeks however, I found myself feeling a little fatigued with it. I've read good things about TRN and decided to give this a try since it's pretty cheap and Amazon has good return policy anyway. They are very comfortable. I was afraid they would fall off since they are small but they stayed in place just fine for hours. Body is aluminum and feels real sturdy. Looks alot like the Falcon C which raised some eyebrows... I don't care.Isolation is good enough. No complaints from the wife so that's enough for me. We work in cubicles so not an issue at my work. Shouldn't be a problem at a commute. The sound is excellent especially at this price point. Wide soundstage and high resolution. Instruments sparkle and has good separation. Vocals are smooth. It is neutral and balanced which I love about it. The bass isn't too punchy (so bassheads beware). Treble could use a little roll back maybe but honestly altogether, it is just pleasant to the ears.Packaging is more than adequate. It comes with the pair of iems, braided cable and some tips. Having a mic and controller is an option.I've added a photo to show size vs KZ ZST (my ZSR was at work at the time, now it's the other way around :) ).

Schade. Keine Ahnung was das soll. Vorsicht ein Produktionsfehler.

An excellent sounding, comfortable IEM at an amazingly affordable price
Hard to believe the quality and clarity of sound from these IEM/earbuds. Clear treble, decent un-muddied bass.I’m not so keen on the cable, which tangles (as do most, in my experience) fairly easily when stored, but that’s a minor issue when the overall unit is considered.I’m most impressed with the ability to handle all the genres of music I listen to, and to work well as a reference monitor for mixing music.

Ottimo prodotto.
E' difficile recensire una cuffia... è molto personale. Comunque a me è piaciuta molto, bassi potenti ma ben dosati, ottima scena sonora, dettagli definitissimi.
