My doctor suggested trying these after I told him I got nauseous and a headache after taking regular calcium pills. They tasted great and no upset stomach afterwards. Almost like a piece of candy. Only problem? My other doctor took me off all things sugar as part of a gut healing program and these are coated in sugar crystals. So I had to give them up. For now. I’ll back to taking them as soon as I am allowed any sugar. Gotta keep those bones strong!

Love the taste!
They do taste like candy, but that helps me take them every morning. Not sticky and I like the combo of Calcium and Vitamin D.Costco use to sell them. Price is still good on Amazon.
