Kill Zombie! [DVD]

Warning READ the info before buying. The cover sleeve for some reason is in English but the language spoken by the actors is in practically every language but. You get subtitles in English but I lasted about 40secs before ejecting. Feel a bit conned as I never checked what the main language in the film was but assumed it would be English because of the cover. I've watched this film on TV a while back but I don't remember it being in Dutch and every other language under the sun?Another hiho pip and dandi experience.

In this 2012 Dutch splatter comedy, Aziz is down on his luck and is stuck in a boring office job where he fantasises about one of his co workers, Tess, when she unexpectedly asks him out, but then he’s fired and to cap it all he’s arrested for fighting and now there’s a zombie outbreak to mess up his date. What’s he going to do and can he save Tess?It is a fast paced mix of horror and comedy as a small band of dysfunctional survivors try to come to terms with the zombie apocalypse after the International Space Station crashes to earth. Mostly it makes you smile, but there are some ‘jumpy’ moments and some very funny ones such as when selecting weapons in the sports shop.The single disc opens to 2 trailers before going to main menu offering play, scene selection, set up [5.1/2.0, subtitles on/off] and trailer. You need to put the subtitles on or it’ll all be in Dutch.Rated as a 15 this has plenty of gore and splatter as limbs are ripped off and heads roll making many 18 movies seem tame by comparison, but I guess it’s the humour/slapstick that reduces the age range so tends to have something for everyone making this a bizarrely fun *****.

Firstly it's a Dutch film with English subtitles. Secondary I don't understand why the 18 when there's only mock sex and gore, even the violence is slapstick. Shaun of the dead was more of a horror movie. I hope that the cast had fun making the film and it's a pleasant enough way to waste 90 minutes.

As the title of film and the entire cover is in English no idea or clue until you start to watch this film that is in fact filmed in Dutch with no English dubb available, it does have English subtitles but not going to lie got very bored very quickly, not even the hot female blonde lead actress saves this film!!!

That's the WORST film I've seen in years.! I did think it may have gone porn at some point! It's All in Dutch.? Which on the case and on the DVD is all in English.? But when played the DVD is subtitled, best put that on description a bit more visible for the next poor people that waste their money and buy this DVD....

Quirky Dutch take on the zombie genre, worth a couple of hours of your time. I think what I enjoyed the most is how English sounding panicked/horrified Dutch actually sounds.

didn't realise it was foreign until I received it but not bad in the end

i thought this film was funny,the copper was good looking as well,had some very funny bits in it the scene with the tennis ball gun had me in tears.So if you don,t mind sub titles and like comedys this is the film for you
