Q: Does it come with a warranty?

I don't recall a warranty either in the description or accompanying the stick. While ostensibly out of England, they are made in China. A maker such as McDermitt does include a warranty but you will pay for it.

Q: what's the wieght of this cue

18 oz. with a weight that screws on at that butt of the cue which would make it around a 21.

Q: Does it have aoft leather tip?

I would classify it as a medium tip.

Q: Does it come as ready to play or do we have to change the tip?

The cue comes with a leather tip installed. It may not be the best choice for the connoisseur but it works fine for me.
