I have a fitbit so I have a pretty good log of my exercise activity
I’ve finished this yesterday. I read all I could on it through their website and decided the science was worth experimenting with. I have a fitbit so I have a pretty good log of my exercise activity, last month was consistent with other months. My calories in for month of June and 1st week of July is probably an extra 3000-3500 calories than normal.So I expected to weigh 1 lb extra this morning. However, I’m actually 1.5 lb lighter than when I started using InnoSlim. In summary, I’ve lost 2.5lbs over course of the bottle. (Note, I’m a 195lb male) Exactly what I was hoping for. For you dieters, anything that results in 10+ lbs of weight loss is not sustainable. You’ll regain it months down the line. Weight loss is a slow, steady, long term marathon, two thumbs up here!

Helped keep add travel weight off
I've been using it for 2 weeks while traveling. I didn't lose any weight but I have lots of energy and haven't gain any when I usually do gain a little while travelling.
