Best purchase ever!
My husband and I bought a new house, which meant we were FINALLY able to buy a bigger bed and a new mattress, which we desperately needed. So much back pain!We went to a sleep number store. We went through their 2 hour long "journey." We got our sleep numbers. Picked a mattress. $8,000. No thank you. We knew it would be expensive, but ugh!My boss, meanwhile, was trying to convince me to buy this Tuft & Needle mattress for like 3 years. We spent the $8,000 on a bedroom set and dining room set instead of a mattress, and bought this Tuft & Needle mattress for like $900.. thinking if we only like it for a short period of time, we're not out a lot of money. This mattress is amazing. It came in a box, we accidentally kept it boxed up for way too long (almost a month, waiting for our back-ordered bed to arrive), and it still opened up and aired out perfectly, within a few minutes. It smelled like new mattress, but that faded relatively quickly. My back pain immediately disappeared. It's firm, but soft. I don't sink into a hole anymore, or roll towards my husband like I used to (110 lbs vs 230). My husband had a hard time getting comfortable on it, so we compromised and bought the mattress topper that goes with it. That thing is SO soft. I recommend buying both, but I could have easily lived with just the mattress and neither of us regret this purchase at all!It also comes with extremely comfortable pillows. Bonus! (though they're kind of a weird shape, and the sheets I bought don't fit them well).

Amazing night sleep
Well worth the price.

Not worth your time and money.
Way too heavy when extended with two extensions or more. Plastic handle for cutting limbs slips when trying to use the locking cam, making cutting and limb larger than 3/4" almost impossible. Cheap, but not worth the money.

Only Lasted 2-Years Really
First, we have a lot of experience with these original TNs. 1 of them we have slept on for over 3-years and another we have used during visits. My wife, and I bought a queen TN and my parents bought 3 for a new house. Our mattress was notably softer compared to my parents' but is junk now after 3 years. The warranty is only applicable if you can measure a certain sag depth that your mattress has worn out without laying on it.When we would visit my parents, my wife and I would have sore spots on our hips or shoulders. We loved our own TN for 2-years but after that we have had to rotate it often and now getting closer to 3.5-years it's not working. I'm 5' 10" 180 lbs, and my wife is smaller than me and thinks its sinking more when we lay on it. We bought our TN for $375. Looking at the price of $800.... no way am I buying this again. I'm trying a Helix for that price.

Better than my last
Best sleep I've had in awhile. I LOVE this mattress, the only fault I could find was that it sleeps hot? Even with the A/C going strong and the fan on full blast I still felt this mattress slept hot.
