Dell-Inspiron AIO 3475 All In One Computer, Black (i3475-A802BLK-PUS)

This al in one is great for basic office and home use. If you are looking for a gaming PC or a professional video/Photo editing PC you need to look at some high end $$ products. This All in one has worked great for the office receptionist. Emails, Internet Microsoft office, ECT type of work

It arrived faster than expected and it was in great condition out of the box. I live on an island, so for the box and contents to come early, with minimal to no damage is a rarity. The system was easy to install and its great for my daily work tasks.

I can't give a 100% review at this time. I'm still in the toying phase but so far it does what it supposed to do.At times the pc is a little slow but nothing to major.I will give another review at a later date.

As stated above, the system is too slow, much slower than we expected for a Dell. We finally took it in to a local computer repair shop and they ran a test that showed us in less than 10 minutes that the hard drive was seriously defective and was defective when we received it from Amazon. We had always heard good things about Dell systems and were puzzled as to why it should be so slow. An example of how slow was that it took 5 to 10 seconds for each letter to appear in a Google search page. Since we bought it on November 22, 2018, Amazon and Dell will probably say that it is past the time for return eligibility; however, that seems ludicrous when we had to take it to a repair shop only to be told that the Dell we bought had a bad hard drive when we bought it. Needless to say, we will never trust a Dell product again and will seriously reconsider ever buying anything through Amazon again, since they sell defective equipment as new.

Replaced in two days. Was not working right. Replacement works great. Very much satisfied with Amazon and new product.

Very slow

It is a cheap computer. But for the price it’s great. If you need it for every day use it’s fine. Light gaming. I’m able to run league of legends, steam games, amongst other things and it runs them beautifully. Not bad at all for the price.

Everything is fine except it is slow. I have removed all those unnecessary out-of-box software including antivirus. But it is still slow. It is even slower than my 4-year old laptop. Check the performance manager, I see memory, hard disk, network are all fine. It is CPU usage is near 100% each time I use some application, in particular open a web site (with browser, either Chrome or MS Edge already opened earlier).Maybe 2-Core CPU is the problem? It has 3 GPU which may not help on non-gaming usage. Anyway, what I see is a super slow machine. I wanted to return it. But setting up a machine (with favorite software, accounts, etc.) takes time. So I am still hesitating.Added on 2018-12-22:This slowness is the biggest problem. I see browsing web could take 100% of CPU. If you watch a Youtube, with some ads going on, the browser (Chrome or MS Edge) would take 100% CPU (2 CPUs). The 3 GPUs are completely useless. Maybe GPUs are good for games. But I don't play games. So the bottom line is, this machine is not suitable for daily use since it has only 2 CPUs and is slow.
