UPDATE: These were WONDERFUL! Even the 2X fit my whole pregnancy...and I got HUGE with my 9 lb babe! The elastic on the “gift pocket” didn’t irritate my c-section incision at all. 10/10 would recommend!I gave the 5th star, too!ORIGINAL REVIEW: Just received these today, and they seem to be what I am looking for. I gave 4 stars for the simple fact I haven’t actually worn them yet, other than trying them on over my regular undies, so they may very well be a 5 star purchase.I am 10 weeks (so my “bump” is mostly bloat right now), 5’ 5” and 235 lbs and the XXL seem to fit well and even have a bit of growing room. They will likely fit well into my second trimester, and may even get me to the 3rd trimester. I will likely have to order a 3X to get me through to delivery, but that’s not a deal breaker for me.I was concerned at first about the “gift pocket” because I will have a c-section and was afraid it would be too close to my incision and I wanted to wear them post delivery, but judging by the way they fit right now, they will likely be OK. The elastic for the pocket sits well below my scar from 1st babe, so I’m not too concerned about it now. Worst case scenario, I can just cut the elastic part out.I do like the adjustable waist. I don’t necessarily need it in the 2X, but since I am planning to order more ASAP, it will be nice in the 3X.

Although these maternity underwear run extremely small, they are comfortable when you find the right size. I am 5'4, 160 pounds, just entered my 7 month of pregnancy and ordered an XL when a medium size in regular underwear still fits snugly if rolled under my belly. Unlike another kind that I purchased on Amazon and returned, there is enough room in the legs.I don't quite understand what the function of the front pocket is supposed to be but will say that it is rather small so it doesn't seem like it would store much of anything including ice after a C-section as other reviewers have mentioned. I haven't tried it though so I could be wrong. Also the underwear currently only go just above my belly button so the line from the top of them can be seen through tight shirts sitting below the over the belly waist of my maternity pants and shorts. I would prefer it if they went higher up. This also leads me to suspect that perhaps these may not be over the belly once I am in my 8th or 9th month.

I’m pretty disappointed because I was counting on these, but they’re not at all as pictured. The colors are completely different than shown in the image and much more pigmented. I was hoping for more skin-toned panties that could smooth without being bold-colored. That’s not these at all. The weird little pocket in front stands out so much there’s not way it’s not visible in a fitted dress. Not sure if the point of this is to disguise the fact that you’re wearing underwear up to your boobs and make people think that it’s normal? I didn’t try them on because I have no intention of keeping them, so I can’t actually attest to how visible the line is or the fit. The material is nice and actually feels like cotton, but there doesn’t seem to be a lot of elasticity. So I’m wondering how well they stay up because they aren’t super tall

These were a good fit for me when wearing maternity pants. With dresses or low rise pants they felt a bit awkward.They are great for csection recovery and hold the HUGE pads in place great even over night! 🙌🏼

I ordered a size larger, but it still fits snug in some areas and at times can feel like it is slightly riding up your butt cheeks. However, the underwear are very well made and feel very comfortable and breathable. Not too tight in the stomach/abdomen area which is what I was looking for since I knew I would be getting a c-section. I don't regret the purchase and would definitely order again, but this time an XL. Just personal preference I like them to fit loose especially after having given birth.

I love that they are cotton and breathable. I'm used to spandex over the belly underwear I've been wearing and they break me out. These cotton ones are comfortable but they don't go all the way over my baby bump and obviously not as stretchy and I'm only halfway through my pregnancy. So they're a little uncomfortable in that aspect but still wearable. They seem supportive enough though. I was skeptical when i got them but I like them

the material is soft. I washed it before wear them. The size is a little bit bigger than I expected. however my belly still grow and it will probably fit me better next month. I also like they have adjustable wait with a small button on your right side (when you wear them), you can just pull the band out from the small open pocket and you will be able to adjust the waist. The band have small hole for the button that you can put in for how tight/loss you want. I think this should be good for another 3 months.

Very comfortable, kinda granny panty ish but who cares. I like that my crack stays covered when I wear low panel jeans. One annoyance is that the elastic in the top doesn't always lay flat and with most of my tops you can see my underwear line. Oh well, I liked them enough to buy a second package.
