Felo0715750630 13 Piece Smart Set in StrongBox Slotted, Phillips, Hex, & Torx, 060 Series

Comes in a red hard plastic/black hard rubber case, not the metal box shown. I prefer the plastic case, as it's non-slip, feels very substantial, and matches the style/size of my Felo ratchet/socket set.The first one I got had a latch that slid freely back and forth, there just wasn't enough friction to keep it in place. I knew these wasn't normal, because the other Felo case I have felt different, and no matter how hard you shook it, or squeezed the case together, the latch didn't move. It was also surprisingly difficult to insert/remove the screwdrivers.But I liked the functionality the smart handle, so I exchanged it, and I'm glad I did, because the replacement resolved both issues. Something in the handle of the first one, either the ball bearing or a tolerance issue, was to blame for the force required with the screwdriver.- On the first one, I had to hold the silver piece in place with one hand, and extract the screwdriver with the other - On the second one, I could remove the screwdriver without having to hold the silver piece in place

Overall the bits are very well made and the grips are very ergonomical in the hand. I’ve always liked the feel of Felo screwdrivers and this one feels great too. The only problem I have with it is the shanks do not hold tight enough in the handle. They tend to wobble too much for my liking and when tightening screws the shank has often come out on me.

I am mainly reviewing to note that the product is slightly different than shown in the original image/description. First the box is plastic rather than steel. I don't have a problem with that, it seems durable. Box dimensions now 9" x 5-1/2" x 2-1/16". Second the Driver was originally shown as one solid piece with a separate drive socket on the side and end. The driver that I received has a single drive socket that unlatches and moves to the new orientation, it latches in either position. My expectation is that the solid handle would be stronger than the one with moving parts but it seems fine. Warranty is given as "Lifetime" however packaging states 15 years. None of these things would dissuade me from purchasing the same product again.I just received the product and I tried out the hex keys, two torx, and the phillips. Hex and Torx fit fasteners well and easily handled everything that I tried including 6mm allen bolts tightened to 22nm. The PH2 bit fit securely into screw heads and easily ran a 3" #8 screw into hardwood without slipping, the handle felt comfortable in my hand. The hex bits have standard 1/4" shank and I found that typical driver bits that I have on hand fit securely into the handle and can be used (must be the longer 2-6" bits not the short magnetic bits).

It is as promoted but was expecting it to include square driveHave since purchased three square drive bits that fit in the case and complete all options

Good quality although the current picture isn't accurate because it comes in a plastic box. The handle has an insert that moves to a 90 degree position instead of the slot on the side like the one pictured which is no big deal and feels solid. The thing I'm not pleased with is the amount of wobble with the individual blades when placed in the handle dropping it down to four stars.

Great compact all in 1 driver set, However, the picture here needs to updated. the case is not metal as stated. It is in fact, a hard plastic case with a slide lock. The handle is not a standard handle with another hole in the middle to convert to "T" handle, but in fact a 2 position handle spring loaded. Please see pics that I have posted.All in all still a great set of drivers containing the most popular sizes of Phillips, slotted, torques (not tamper proof) drivers.

This was a nice set, but ultimately a little too specialized for what I needed it for. I ended up returning it and getting a BAHCO 22 piece ratcheting screwdriver set in exchange. That being said, it was not for lack of quality, just a case of me not ordering the right tool set for my needs.

I for one am very happy with this set. good price, and there well made. many of these type of screw drivers that clip into the handle are crappy and cheaply made, but this one is excellent! the case is good too, i highly recommended it!
