HTC Desire EYE, Coral Reef 16GB (AT&T)

I have had this phone twice now and love it. I have had lots of phones and by far one of the best the camera it amazing has lots of space for music and picture which is my main thing I look at. Charges fast and has lots of customization options, has good speakers and semi waterproof. The only thing I dislike is the phone domes with lots of apps already downloaded some you can delete and others you can't but not a big deal. For the price you can't a phone that's better

I really like all the features and hardware of this phone, battery life is good, camera is good (not the best but gets the job done) The only thing I don't like is the software, this phone is not very popular so phones like the M8 will have priority even though this phone is technically newer. I stayed at kit kat because of many users that complain about lollipop, Other than that, I really like this phone, I just wish it was a bit shorter and smaller for a 5.2 inch display phone

This phone is amazing, it's really fast the screen is a 5.2in SuperLCD 2. Same quality as the HTC One M8 very nice and vibrant. Also has front facing speakers like the HTC One M8 guay sound great! Just lacks the Bass punch that the HTC One M8 have. Also has a 13 megapixel front facing wide angle camera with flash! First time I've ever seen this feature on a phone! Great quality pics for those who love selfies. Also has 13 megapixel rear facing camera as well amazing shots. This is a very solid phone with the latest features of phones of today but why is it not a Flagship? Simple.. it's not metal like the HTC one M8 and M9. Excellent buy! Highly recommended .

I use this phone with cricket and I love it. The only problem I have is the battery power but that is to be expected with the usage I put the phone through. Takes great pictures very easily and I love the double LED's. Very easy to operate and if you have never had an HTC it is a good price point for a higher end phone. Well worth every penny spent.

Overall it does everything I wanted it to do and it has an IPX7 water rating which is better than most phones. It is also light for its size and slim which allows it to fit into my pocket without a problem. What I don't like is all the HTC and AT&T bloatware which can't be uninstalled completely without rooting the phone. The front camera is nice but I don't use it much to be honest and the battery life is just mediocre.

Very lightweight & the selfie camera is no joke. No joke at all.The only bad news seems to be this phone barely just came out half a year ago,so AT&T will not unlock it officially. Cellunlocker.net will do it for 15, which is not bad.LED notification is wonderful, screen is gorgeous, battery is so so, because I am a heavy user.I am sad, because this phone is very small by width to fit any of the HTC Desire 816 cases,& thus you cannot buy those cute silicone cases for this phone, but hey, a transparent TPU will do just fine.

I bought my HTC desire eye form amazon (Dec. 14, 2017) used the GPS Google maps. Suddenly the phone would shut off and immediately turn on again. I tried to resent the map then it would do it again, and do it over and over again until I shut off my phone. I called HTC they told me to uninstall updated. This only worked for a while then would update automatically again while I was on a trip. Very annoying to say the least plus trying to navigate without the GPS. I tried not using a map and every time I went out of town it would shut off and back on repeatedly until I shut off the phone. So I don’t think it is the maps. The battery ran down quickly. I went over the return period so i couldn't return. Finally bought a new samsung.

Great phone... Photos come out awesome... Looks stylish too...but the lock button on the right side is placed below the volume button. This is a real big problem. When u just hold the phone in your hand, you end up unlocking it as the fingers just touch the unlock button...
