The part did fit and repair my son's xbox one elite controller. It is hard to install. I found comments in an install video that provided a trick to install it. You have to take the bumper piece out of the center plate and put that in first to align the guide tabs. I then used my old center piece and put that on next and it worked. Fit my first gen Xbox elite controller but with a caveat. The plastic pillars that actuate the internal switch were a little bit too long, preventing the new bumpers to actually move. I was able to use some standard sand paper to lightly shave off some of this length. After this, so far seems to work perfectly. See attached image for the pillars I am referring to. DO NOT get too aggressive with the sandpaper if you need to do this. You can't undo if you make the pillars too short.A little bit of a pain to install but that is not at all a fault of this product, just the nature of the controller.

The bumpers fit acceptably. Not perfect but still really good for third party replacements. I originally thought these were metal and I bought them to match my titanium joysticks but it is plastic. It still looks good though. I did have to file the notch on the bumpers a little because these key coming somewhat loose.Overall I would recommend if you’re looking for cheap bumper replacements but there are definitely better options out there for more $$.

The material is a little bit beefier than originals were. That is a very good thing as it is not anywhere near as flimsy as the o.g. bumpers. The chrome matches with my black controller that I molded with greyd out buttons just fine. Have yet to use it as I just finished putting it back together to upload my review. Fit and finish is a 10/10 and feels just as good to bump. Thanks for the great replacement product guys!

Looks great. Difficult to install, this is just due to the design of the bumpers. It was hard to snap in just right. The driver that comes with the kit is a T8 but I found a T9 to work better.

the tool was not included in my package but i already had one that worked fine. at least the second time i've replaced this part on the same controller.

My L1 button broke on my xbox one elite controller so had to replace it, at the time decided to upgrade the whole look to my controller. 1st one came broke in package so had to order a new one, which is my first time having to return a item but man it's easy and they sent one to my doorstep in 2days. Easy to install YouTube videos are found, but be warned it took me 10min of saying this bracket is to small wont fit like most reviews on here... Then I decided well if it's to small I missed up on ordering it and if I break it I break it, that's when I used some more muscle to make it click and boom it fits and works perfectly. 5 star items but man it's scary to install cause I didnt wanna break it.

Was easy to replace. Having the tool to take the back off of the controller adds to the value of the package. Will just point out that if it came with instructions on how to replace the bumper buttons, I would recommend this even more.
