I've used many pre-workouts over the years and while this one does give you a good pump and focus it is a little on the expensive side for the quality.

This particular flavor sucks and I don't know how anyone can say it's so good. Not even close but nevertheless this stuff works. I've used muscletech products since the day they arrived on shelves @ GNC and are still one of the best cleanest supplement brands on the market.

Really strong and overpowering flavor. However, this does kind of help with the psychological effect of the pre-work out. Overall, strong flavor and And does a good job waking the mind up.
