I had been looking for suitable magnesium for a long time due to the recommendation of a neurologist. Really good magnesium and so much better sleeping

I used to spray magnesium on my feet and legs to stop cramps but it barely worked. Bought these and found they are good for cramps, around 98% for me, also the early morning trip to the bathroom has been extremely welcome for my constipation, but did nothing for my sleep.However, the expense of £58 a month is far more than I can afford, after realising that I would need two bottles per month, so will be looking out for some other magnesium that will hopefully work.

Hard to know what health benefits these provide but you can’t escape that they seem very expensive for the suggested double dose, basically £30/month. I’ve actually stopped using them as a result.

A biological dentist recommended this product because it provides seven types of magnesium and so if my body didn't take up one form, another type was available. My quality of sleep has improved and elimination in the morning feels comfortable.

I have received the above product . But as with all supplements I checked the dosage . The daily dosage recommended on the product was two capsules which equates to 500mg of magnesium . I checked on the NHS website and the daily safe amount for an adult up to the age of 64 is 400mg . I now feel this is not a safe product
