I love it. My machine came with the 12 needle cartridge but I noticed that it wasn’t working that well, you’re supposed to bleed a little bit during derma pen treatments but the 12 pin cartridge wasn’t really generating any blood so I figured I just wasn’t going deep enough, this cartridge however does the job. I’ve had HORRENDOUS CYSTIC ACNE since I was about 12, and dermatologists have not been able to help me, so a couple of years ago I decided to help myself and fix the problem myself, and so I did I got rid of my acne on my own and now I’m working on getting rid of the scars on my own. If you’re wondering, I use the cartridge on 1.5mm. The first picture is me during the treatment, and the second is after the treatment. I’ve been using my derma pen for a couple months, I got it summer of 2018 and it’s been working pretty great sense but I feel like this cartridge is just making it better. The last photo is everything are used in the treatment. Remember to wash your hands in your face before doing anything. Also some people use numbing cream but I generally don’t, never have, I have a pretty good pain tolerance. Do you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask.

I love Dr. Pen and have included micro needling in my monthly beauty rituals! I was happy to find the replacement cartridges since I use quite a bit. These are excellent! I use the 36 needles cause I think is more gentle. Very convenient and well packaged.

As a professional clinical aesthetician these replacement tips work well, and the pen is almost as good as the $5000 machines I’ve used before.

It works, I've bought this before, but this time 2 of the tip bags were open, doubt the sterility of the tips.

I’ve tried other cartridges and they weren’t the real thing. These are and worked great.
