This brass fitting was as I expected. Very good quality! Threads were clean with no imperfections! I used this to connect my air compressor to a pistol grip blow gun. No air leaks! I would order again if I ever need another.

Exactly as described, although I bought one a size too small. The odd thing, this is an add on for a single piece right? Yeah, unless they changed it from when I just read the description today, this is one piece.I received a box of 24...or however many come in a box.I think the seller messed up and shipped a whole box, because even in store you cannot buy this many for so cheap. I am not complaining and I am sure I will use a few of them, but don't be surprised if you get a box.

I needed these and they are hard to find at the local hardware. Amazon is a great alternative to find stuff that you just can't walk in and pick up. It fit the bill for my needs.

Size info seems wrong - both fittings were too large
I purchased a 3/8 to 1/4 fitting. However, both sides were too large. I have a 1/4 ice-maker hose, which fits a 1/4 fitting perfectly. However, it will not fit onto the smaller (supposedly 1/4) side of this connector. Same thing on the larger (nominally 3/8) connector. It would not fit a faucet line that I know is 3/8. So, this was unusable for my project. Construction is solid enough, so YMMV.
