IMPACT 240V CONCRETE POWER BREAKER DEMOLITION

This is a powerful and effective tool. I have only used it once but its power was up to scratch.This tool is a far eastern copy of a previous design. Not enough attention was paid in the manufacture to limit the level of vibration. Purchasers will need to be aware that the vibration levels in use are SEVERE. This is approaching the upper limit of what is safe to use.The instruction manual supplied declares the level of vibration as 23m/s**2. To prevent hand-arm vibration damage such as 'white finger' or irreversible muscle and nerve damage, the use of the tool should be limited to a maximum of approx 20 minutes per day according to official guidelines.It is still a good tool for the price. It is ideal for breaking small, tough areas, but the DIY user will have to plan the job to limit his daily trigger time to less than 20 min.It goes without saying that NO employer should risk the use of this tool by an employee: he will need to spend the money on a tool with better controlled vibration from a reputable manufacturer.

good bit of kit, its a bit heavy if your in awkward tight places and sometimes you have to 'bounce' it to make it hammer. I've used it to break out fence posts, which it does well.

Does the same job as a machine costing 3 x as much. Comes very well packed and protectected in a metal case with spade and pointed attachments

I bought a breaker from B&Q which to cut a long story very short was crap, no tools provided, didn't look powerful and oh yes, it didn't work!I then saw this one by chance at Amazon and all I can say is I'm glad I took the other one back to B&Q... yes, its heavy, yes it comes with chisels, and yes it breaks the concrete. The good thing is, if you hired one, you have to rely on constant reasonable weather to be able to use it, but by spending £130, I can use it as and when I want to. I'm chuffed with it, well done.

Item described as weighing 15 kilos, but according to the box it weighs 23.5 kilos.I couldn't even lift it let alone use it. So it had to go back unused. I can't therefore comment on its functionality, but it cost me over £33 to send it back.

At this price I expected a much weaker lighter machine but it has amazing strength. I had to break up a large number of big concrete blocks and it perfomed this task with ease. When I looked at the price of those well-known reputable brands of this type I bought this much less expensive one as it had a five star review on Amazon. Having only bought it a few weeks ago it is too early for me to say it is reliable but it is a very heavy, well built piece of equipment and I would be very surprised if it has reliability problems in the long term.

Its a concrete breaker, does what it says on the case. would recomed to any one who has a back garden of concrete to get rid off, excalent product for price. perfomed as well as the one i hired for a weekend.

for the price i was expecting a drill of some sort arriveThis turned up nicely packaged and in its own carry case , this has made life very easy for me to break out fence posts..great piece of kit
