The mugs were perfect but boxes that they came in were no good as I wanted to give the mugs as a present by the time I had opened the box most of the covering was torn fortunately I had another box to put them in

Thought these would be like the bone china ones I got for our 25th anniversary. These, though nice, are just normal 2 big mugs.

The product was fine, its not high quality but then it is not high price. However I would have expected the handle to stay on which it did not. Because it was 6 months and a few days after Ibought it, seller refused to supply a replacement saying I must have broken it. I (or in this case, my father, since it was a gift) didn't. For the sake of a £6 mug a bit of customer service would not go amiss.
