i got just what i purchased , description accurate , only downside is that with constant use the wood will split after a while , but that is to be expected , altogether i am quite happy with purchase

Broke on first use, not as pictured
Firstly the product is not as pictured - it its a single tapered piece of ash, rather than having a clear 'square' section and rounded section as depicted.Secondly, it broke on first use, after 3 strikes. As a previous review says, I think the grain of the ash is oriented in the wrong direction. Also, it is nowhere near dense enough - likely grown quickly somewhere.Don't buy!
