First I want to address the seller. We had a slight bump right at the beginning, but the seller responded IMMEDIATELY and fixed that. Then there were delivery problems via Fed-Ex. The seller AGAIN stepped up and lit a fire under Fed-Ex to get my purchase delivered. Outstanding as I said.Now, about the computer itself: Yay!! This new computer is completely functional ( and so pretty and clean...). I have successfully installed MS Office 2007 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and all of my games: Hoyle Card Games, Monopoly, Risk, Battleship, Yahtzee, and Scrabble. Also some important files.I'm a happy camper. This used (but looks and operates as new, seriously!!) computer cost me $235 with shipping. It is identical to my old computer for ports, DVD drive, keyboard, and general appearance so there is no frustration on learning curve and finding out I've lost key functions.And it's not really the low cost (although that is quite nice). It's because it runs Windows 7. I hate all the subsequent windows platforms and I like MS Office 2007 for the same reason. They have the capabilities I need and no more.Forcing folks to adapt to ' new capabilities' is not necessarily a necessity...So, very happy with this purchase. These sellers are good folks.

Microsoft is going to stop supporting windows 7 before long and that means this computer's W7 operating system will no longer receive security updates. I tried to solve this problem by upgrading this computer to Windows 10 and was able to do so. However it turns out that there is no Windows 10 driver for this computer's obsolete internal graphics card (Intel HD Graphics 3000). So while Windows 10 is nonetheless able to produce a display, it is not able to fully make use of all of the advanced capabilities of the HD 3000 graphics card. Since some graphics intensive (such as 3D graphics design) software I run on this machine requires those advanced capabilities, that software would not run after I upgraded to W10. So I had to restore the operating system to Windows 7 in order to continue using that software. While I can still use this machine to run that software after Windows 7 is no longer supported, I probably should avoid connecting this machine to the internet when it is no longer receiving security updates.

Had to update Windows 7 version was old. Computer is slow and battery does NOT work.Everything is else is just fine...for the money the value was worth it

It is what I wanted then I upgraded the OS to Windows 10 and the battery life is shorter. The onboard camera is good except it does not swivel like my last dell. All in all it is a great buy.

The only bad thing about it is that it comes with Windows 7 and I received a notification informing me that the updates will stop on January, so I don't know what's going to happen with the device. It heats up like any other laptop so I purchased an usb fan and I can watch movies without any heating problems. It runs beautifully.

All specs match up. Runs very well. A few dead spots on the screen and a messed up 'up arrow' key, but no big deal.

It has been relatively easy installing stuff; had some problems but they were mostly due to connections.

Honestly I just needed a cheap laptop for work and didn’t realize the quality I was getting. Very much worth the money. On top of that, I’m currently deployed and the employees from this seller wrote me a very kind note. Honestly made my day

Laptop seems to work great but has a lot of Wi-Fi problemsI spoke with them over the phone they talk me through some ideas I had not tried and the system now works perfectly
