Q: Does it have a lockout ability for pocket carry?

I pocket carry mine always. It has never accidentally came on. I use a retractable lanyard. The switch requires a decent amount of pressure to activate.

Q: Is the rechargable battery replaceable and available?

No, and I was concerned about that at first. This is my favorite flashlight ever. Perfect size, perfect shape, fits in your pocket and hand perfectly.. And in your mouth from time to time. I use this all the time. It is an edc since I got it 2 years ago. I only need it for a few seconds to a minute or 2 at a time. I think I have had to change it once a year. I use it on the lowest setting 98% of the time. It is the perfect low light to use at home while the wife is asleep, walking down a hall not wanting to disturb anyone. I love that I can easily put my finger over it to make it a little more dim if needed when checking in on the kids... But, it is also incredibly bright for it size.. It really is my favorite flashlight. I love quality gear.. You get what you pay for. This is rock solid. I have several SF flashlights.. This is my edc..

Q: During the charge led blinks. Is that normal?

Yes, blinking LED while the flashlight is charging is normal. When the flashlight is fully charged the LED will stop blinking and will be steady ON.

Q: How "weather resistant', Waterproofness is this light.? Is the batterry sesitive to extreme temperatures?

I bought 2... one I leave on my keychain. The other was left in the car for a couple of days with nighttime temperatures in the high teens, I dropped it in the snow briefly with no problems. It held it's full charge, No problem. However, I know that the battery will degrade faster over time if left in the cold, so I bought a great retractable keychain that I can hook just about anywhere on my body... jacket, jeans, holster magazine pouch, etc. I bought this in part as a defensive tool. At it's middle and highest setting it's blinding... it will get you off the "X" if you need to flee a bad situation. Or it will put you a great advantage if you need to act. I've never seen a light so small and powerful, but that's SUREFIRE for you. It's always been my go to light/gear. i'm a flashlight nut... nothing comes close.
