Happy Customer!
I never thought I’d be one of “those” people buying a Bluetooth headset but alas, here we are. The microphone on my iPhone 7 Plus is incredibly quiet, to fix it would cost several hundred dollars- well, this little device has been a god send! I can hear the other person perfectly, they can hear me & I can even stream music quietly on it while sitting at my desk! Could not ask for better :)

Great headset but ear hooks too fragile
Love the headset - great audio, very comfortable. The ear hooks are ridiculously fragile. I've had this headset for 3 weeks and have gone through the 2 replacements already. I've never had that with any bluetooth. The reason they break is because I put the bluetooth in my purse often after using it. You can't do that with these - the ear hooks are too fragile. Very disappointing but because I love the headset, I'll purchase a separate pack of replacement hooks.

Updates: Not sure if it is 4.0 or 4.1 Bluetooth... It does pair with my 4.0 Bluetooth cell phone.
As of right now I am giving it a 3 as the specifications state it is Bluetooth version 4.0. The documentation states 4.1. I have a phone that has 4.0 and I hope it is just a mistake and the actual device is 4.0 as that is what I need and why I bought this one. It is charging now and I will have to wait and see if my phone recognizes it.Updated. I have tried the headset and it does pair with my cell phone. Still not sure why the instructions say that it is Bluetooth 4.1. I have not yet used it but all in all it is very sturdy and fits well.

I really recommend it, just be careful with your ear hook, the money is worth it. Very good quality.
I really like my Bluetooth the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars it’s because the ear hook was broke on the 2nd. Week and there is no replacement on the box,so now I don’t have the ear hook , but the sound is very good, and the price and also the charge last a lot of time. I really recommend this Bluetooth, just be careful with your ear hook. I love it.

Not noise canceling
It did great in the beginning. It now will not hold a charge. Ive had it just about a month and a half. My Boyfriend says everything on his end is amplified so this is not noise canceling . Im very dissatisfied. Will jot buy another.

The price is very reasonable the audio is clear andI it fits perfect my ear it is countroble and souveEasy power of and on and easy to pair with my phone and it got to me on less than 48 hrs

The sound is great, but at times they try to slip off of my ear; maybe adjusting the wire every so often will probably help. Otherwise it was a great buy and I would definitely buy them again.
