My BMW windscreen bonded mirror decided to drop off and been trying everything to stick it back, without paying huge sums to BMW to replace the windscreen because they can't re-bond the mirror. So looked around for a cheap replacement that will stay put, not cost a fortune and of course do the needed job. This is perfect - I was slightly worried due to low price that it would be poor quality but it is fine. Seems well stuck and no mirror vibration annoyance. Left it for 24 hours after sticking before driving, which is what they recommend. Minor "issue" but not deducting a star is that the dipping feature is crude and seems to just change angel of mirror rather than reducing intensity of the light. Maybe an issue with mine but overall not concerned.

This rear view mirror is NOT a suction model. It comes with an adhesive pad which so far seems to be effective and the ball joint makes adjustment to suit different drivers quite easy. The one slight drawback is the short “arm” that restricts movement depending on the fixing point on the windscreen.

I’ve taught 3 of my children to drive using this mirror and it’s perfect for the job. I buy new sticky pads to move to the next car. It doesn’t fall off like the suction mirrors and needs a good prising to get it off when they pass their test. You won’t find this dropping in the examiners lap! There’s a lever on the bottom like normal interior mirrors for dipping. It’s also adjustable horizontally and vertically. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again as it’s a good price too.

Bought this as the original purchase with a suction cup simply didn't hold. This mirror does not have a suction, it has a flat plastic piece about 2cm x 2cm and is supplied with a double sided sticky foam pad.I mounted in my windscreen after cleaning with an alcohol wipe. Next day I came back and the mirror was on the floor. :(The solution I found was to buy some Loctite 319 (a couple quid from a motor store or £4 from amazon) - this is adhesive specially designed to fix to windscreens. Although I didn't hold out much hope, this has secured the mirror for many weeks now and I even have the extra weight of a reverse camera mirror clipped to it now.So as a mirror this is functional but be prepared for a little extra work to make it stick well to your windscreen.

My initial review was positive but after having used this for a couple of days I had to take it off the windscreen and re-use the old mirror. It gives a very strange view of what is behind you, almost like the mirror has a convex appearance to it that affects what you see. Not worth the money in my opinion, it's cheap - you get what you pay for.

I got this for my Polaris Ranger, that didn’t have a rear view mirror. There was a metal tab for mirror fitting so made fitting easy.The mirror itself is ideal for my vehicle and the adhesive pad stuck well and is still stuck.

we have it for the second mirror of instructor using during my husband's car test. very good on suction. a little small if you are using as a main mirror. a little bit wably

Perhaps a little flimsy,but it works OK as a rear view mirror in our motohome which Fiat had decided we didn't need. OK also for watching the kids I guess! Very stong adhesive works well.
