Q: why is this shoe offered in 12 D (M) and not in 12 M?

12D is the same as 12M. ( it is like saying 6 or half a dozen) means the same. Some shoes get marked D and some M . They both mean Medium width. Thank you

If it is not allowing you to purchase a wide shoe size could be for a couple of reasons 1. A possibility the wide size is not in stock 2. May the width of the shoes is one size 3. I recommend you make contact with Amazon direct and additional information can be give outside of that if available

Q: Is this pair of shoes true to size?

I normally wear a 10.5 regular but sometimes an 11 in other casual shoes. I ordered these in 10.5 but noticing that the front near the tip feels rather “empty” and I walk around it seems to be folding upfront a little too much. I’m wondering if that’s normal.
