Good value for the price - but no Active Noise Cancelling
Overall: The headphones perform well, and sound quality is good. I could've been a 4 star product, but there was no detectable noise cancelling effect as advertised, and mine arrived in a damaged package and showed some signs of having been used. The package arrived without any plastic wrap, and the cardboard at the bottom flap where you open it was badly torn. A 2 square inch piece was missing from the box. On the usb charging port, the small rubber cover was also damaged. This piece looks like it's fragile and wouldn't last over many uses anyway, but the item appears to have been used. Otherwise, build quality feels solid. Buttons are responsive, usb charger fits snugly. My iphone 7 paired easily with the headphones. I tested the sound quality with music as well a phone calls, and it is clear and strong. The range is nothing amazing, but highs and lows are good. However, the item description and box say "noise cancelling", but there does not appear to be any active noise cancelling, at least none that I could notice. The rubber ear caps do a good job of reducing outside noise, and so have an "isolating" effect, but nothing like noise cancelling. I could still hear sounds around me, like typing and walking, etc.Relatedly, the rubber ear caps are snug, to the point that they may feel uncomfortable after a while. I don't usually listen with headphones for long periods of time, and everyone's ears are different. But I didn't like having them in for more than 30 minutes or so.Summary: the headphones work well as headphones, with good sound and battery life. The ear pieces were snug, which helped reduce outside sound, but could be uncomfortable over time. No noise cancelling effect.UPDATE: The manufacturer reached out to me and sent me a replacement. The newer headphones are a different model number, but overall very similar to the original product. It still does not have the noise cancelling tech that was originally advertised. However, I appreciate the effort that the manufacturer took to contact me and provide a replacement, and so have added a star for good customer support.

Best Headphones
When I say that these are the BEST bluetooth headphones I've ever had, I do not exaggerate! I LOVE these! I'm a bit scatterbrained so I tend to misplace them, but when I do find them again, I get excited. These headphones have better range, better charge, a better voice and the buttons are not over complicated. I've had other blue tooth ear phones. The ear buds are great but a little hard to operate. The other ear phones were terrible! But if these are ever put back into production, I will buy at least two more. I love these things.Update - 2022: These headphones are still going strong. My husband and I are about to take a trip overseas and I'm literally choosing to take my ear pods over these. I'd rather lose the ear pods than lose these. Just sayin'.

Adequate for their purpose - Update: getting a little frustrated with performance.
i got these because they're affordable and I needed new bluetooth headphones. They look and feel nice, and the build is solid. I only use these kinds of cheap bluetooth headphones for listening to audiobooks, TV shows and podcasts, and occasionally for music when I don't care about quality. If you want quaity music headphones, don't get bluetooth headphones and spend more money. These are great for convenience and have a good enough range. This package included two sets of ear buds in case you lose some, but I wish it also included a few other styles in case you don't find these to be the most comfortable. Another reason these get 4 stars is that they don't come with a case. I don't want to have to buy a case separately and I don't want these to break when tossed in my bag.Update 3/30/2019: Lowered rating from 4 to 3 stars. These are still decent bluetooth earphones, however they have been a little slow or weird about connecting quickly and easily to my devices compared to another earphone I use. The other one, you turn it on, it connects quickly, and you can use it. This one takes about ten seconds and sometimes there's delay or a problem and you need to play around with turning them on and off or turning on and off bluetooth on the device, and sometimes it says 'ready to pair' instead of 'connected' for a device it should already be paired with. One nitpicking note, it's hard to wear these for exercise, such as doing a sit-up where the neckband falls backwards, or running where it bounces up and down. However, I think this would be an issue for any in this style of design, so I don't really use them for some kinds of exercise.

Good headphones magnets could bee better
These headphones aren't the best I've ever had but they get the job done. I like the price point and that they lay across your shoulders. The sounds quality is good but not as good as my old ones (they don't sell the ones I used to have anymore). I work from home so I like that the audio is pretty clear and the battery life lasts about 9 hours. I don't love the magnetic earphones. Don't get me wrong, they work, but you have to put them in just the right spot/angle for the magnet to work. I'd prefer the magnet be a little stronger so I didn't have to fiddle with them to get them in place. For the cost of these earphones they are a great option.
