Q: Does it come in white or silver?

I don't provide the sinks ...but I do have a black one

Q: What type of chairs are people using with this bowl? Does the chair need to recline?

My daughter uses her motorized wheelchair. Yes, it does recline.

Q: How do you keep the water warm?

This is just a bowl. You have to use an outside water source, like a shower head as aforementioned. Place the bowls drainage hose into the tub, and adjust the temperature to your liking then use a detachable shower head to rinse hair while in the bowl.

Q: Where can you get another hose ?

It depends on what you need another for - a replacement? I used the extra attachment I bought at the store that connected to you sink /bathroom faucet and washed my moms hair - then it drained out the other end of the hose from the attached basin either into shower floor or sink or just a bucket - but if you need a replacement I do not know as I have not needed one - but you should be able to take either a measurement of hose opening or picture to the store for someone to assist you on that
