It's can get very very messy if you are not careful.
Yes, my teeth looks whiter and I'm pleased. Also no bleedy gums..not that i had that problem, but just one little area in my mouth which stopped immediately and also make sure you use a soft toothbrush. It's way messy.....I have to keep a wet cloth to clean my surrounding while using the product.
