Great standing desk
I bought mine on Amazon Warehouse and it had a note that the package would be damaged. When I got it, the box was pretty beat up, but I have to give a lot of credit to the people that designed the packing, the desk was perfect. The shipping & packing materials can obviously take a pounding! The desk went together easily for something as complicated as a standing desk. The instructions were clear, all the tools and parts were included, I had it assembled by myself in about an hour. The whole thing is easily adjustable. Others have noted that once you get it together it's hard to re-adjust, and that's definitely true. But it's incredibly strong & solid. Once it's together, it's not going to get loose or come apart.I'm really happy with this desk, I think it's the best I could have gotten, anywhere near this price!

Stable and solidly made
I got this to use as a treadmill desk (with a narrow treadmill slid underneath), and so far it's working perfectly. It was easy enough to assemble -- just be sure to look closely at the instructions so the pieces are all facing the right way. I'm about 6'1", so I was worried the desk might not be tall enough while I'm standing on a treadmill, but it's just fine. At the highest I was comfortable putting the top surface, it's just tall enough to put the keyboard tray about even with my elbows. It seems like quite a well-made desk, and is solid and sturdy. It wobbles a little on soft carpet, but doesn't seem at any risk for falling over.My one complaint (which isn't enough to dock a full star from my rating) is that the sliding keyboard tray slides in too easily. There's some resistance to prevent it from sliding out by accident, but once it's out it glides back and forth with the slightest pressure. I ended up just leaving the tray in most of the time and putting my hands under the top desk to type, but it's slightly annoying. Also, as others have mentioned, it's not wide enough for both a full-size keyboard and mousepad. I have the mouse on the top surface, so the keyboard is alone on the sliding tray (also, that allows the main part of the keyboard to be centered, with the numpad to the right). On the whole, I'm quite satisfied.

Has helped productivity
This is my first standing desk. I've had it for about five weeks now. I put my laptop on the top and use a wireless keyboard on the shelf. There is enough room for papers next to my laptop. I like the fact that it's compact and reasonably priced. It's not fine furniture but is sturdy and decent looking. One benefit of a standing desk separate from my regular desk (yes I have two) is that this has become my non-goof off zone. If I'm going to check Facebook or send a text I usually go sit down. When I'm standing, I'm usually working. So it has helped me be more disciplined and productive. No changes to my derrière yet though I keep hoping. I do find that I wiggle and dance a bit while standing. I don't know whether I'm burning significantly more calories than sitting but it can't hurt!

Good enough, but far from perfect
First, the product was not the same as the one in the picture. I chose the "cherry" finish and while the wood grain looks close enough, the edges are beige/cherry striped. The legs are also black, not silver. It still looks nice enough for the price, but I expect to get what is seen in the picture.Secondly, the instructions are kind of a pain. You should be fine if you have put together Ikea furniture - no word instructions. This is particularly aggravating since you don't know at what stage you should "adjust" the desk to your height. I just guessed as I was going along and luckily it turned out well. As other haves mentioned, it is not easy to adjust once you put it together. The quality is mediocre. It's perfectly suitable for its use but it is a little unsettling that the lower shelves are simply held on by double sided tape (basically the 3M tape you use to hang posters). The size is just big enough for a full sized keyboard and mouse, but if you tend to use big motions with a mouse I would recommend getting a keyboard without a numberpad. All the tools you need come included, although I would recommend a wrench to replace the one included. The desk can be put together with one person if needed.Despite its misgivings, the desk is still probably the best in the price range. Once assembled, it works as expected and costs much less than other standing desks.

Don't Buy If You Intend to Adjust The Height Regularly - Or If You Are Short
This desk is compact, sturdy and looks attractive for the price. However, I don't think I understood before purchasing (my own fault, I suppose) that the entirely manual way in which this desk adjusts in height makes it impossible for one person to do alone and, even with assistance, is incredibly inconvenient if you raise and lower regularly to use as both a sitting and standing desk throughout your day/week. Additionally, it's not really sized for a shorter person in the sitting position. I am 5'3" and it is way too tall for me at the lowest setting, with my desk chair at the highest setting. The keyboard tray is 2" higher than it needs to be for ergonomic comfort, and the desktop is level with my chest, making it too high to use for writing, and placing my monitors too high as well. I was able to mostly rectify the height issue by removing the casters (wheels), but I still can't use this as a true sit-stand desk since I'm unable to raise it alone. I could have just purchased a nicer regular (sitting) desk for less money. Of course after spending two hours assembling it, at this point I'm not disassembling it and trying to get the pieces packed back up to return. It also weighed a ton. Oh well. Disappointed.

Good Value
The workstation is delivered in a flat pack. At first glance the assembly instructions look a little complicated but in practice they are easy to follow and the workstation can be assembled quickly and easily. The unit is well built. The table height is infinitely adjustable and a relatively light monitor can be left in place while making the adjustment. However it's not really designed for use by two people of different heights as the adjustment is fiddly. Compared with other standing pc workstations I have looked at I believe this item is good value for money.

Wirklich schade.
