I tried the 5610 and a few others, this is easy to read, Nice size and surprisingly comfortable not too bulky. There is no doubt you have a G-Shock on. It's the most G of the G-Shocks in the $100 range, nice than the DW variant. Solar and Atomic also seals the deal.

I have had many casio watches including the rangeman, this is best one for quality, price, looks ect. ectIt sets itself every night for perfect time, it is solar, just the right size ( I also have a automic solar 5600). Allow the 5600 is great watch, it buttons are two small unless you have really small fingers. This watch just hits all the right features. The backlight button is larger then side buttons. If I could have in other colors I would just have this casio model. It is like going to a favorite restarant and ordering the same thing every time, being happy everytime. Well to some that may sound boring but when I like something that is quality and never disapoints, then I praise it!

I've received the watch in only 5 days (I live in Italy). I'm happy like a kid :-)The watch is solar powered (no need to replace the battery) and radio controlled (it is able to self adjust the time using the atomic clock signals)A must-have for every g shock lover

I have owned this watch for 4 years now and it has performed faultlessly.The watch has been worn for about 3 - 4 days a week and the only sign of wear is on the outer bezel cover where some of the lettering has slightly worn away, however all the lettering is still legible.I cannot rate this watch highly enough. It is very tough, extremely accurate due to its radio controlled system, and has many useful features, none more so than the solar power charging which operates with natural and artificial light.I bought this watch in a sale at a heavily discounted price, and to be honest I feel like I stole it.As stated at the start of this review, after 4 years regular use this watch still performs perfectly and because of its solar powering I have not needed to replace any batteries.

ho appena aperto il pacco e devo dire che l'orologio è come me lo aspettavo. Non troppo grande, soprattutto rispetto ad altri G-shock (io ho un gx-56 ed al confronto quest'ultimo sembra gigantesco). Adatto allo scopo per cui è stato comprato: mare e sport. Ho già testato la ricezione del segnale orario ed è perfetta. Fra un mesetto lo testerò al mare ma credo che non mi deluderà in quanto a robustezza e impermeabilità. L'indicatore del livello di carica è su mid, ma credo sia imputabile al fatto che era nella scatola al buio. Non c'è che dire, consegna perfetta e prodotto eccellente ad un prezzo giusto, il più basso del web.

Die Uhr ist klasse, macht alles das sehr gut, was sie aus meiner Sicht in erster Linie soll, nämlich Licht in eine absolut ausreichende Menge Energie umwandeln, die genaue Zeit per Funk empfangen und dabei robust sein, ohne wie ein Klotz am Handgelenk zu hängen. Weltzeit - nette Spielerei, braucht man natürlich normalerweise nicht. Darüber hinaus altbekannte Features, die ich von meiner "ur"alten G-Shock kenne: Alarm, aber hier mehrere plus Schlummeralarm, Countdown, Stoppuhr.Sehr gut gefallen mir vor allem die vielfältigen Einstellmöglichkeiten: Energiesaving, Quittungstöne, automatische Beleuchtung, Dauer der Displaybeleuchtung, Funkzeit, alles zu- und abschaltbar bzw. einstellbar. Man merkt, dass einiger Gehirnschmalz auf das Thema Energieoptimierung verwendet wurde. Besonders smart: Die automatische Beleuchtung wird nur bei Unterschreitung einer bestimmten Lichtstärke zugeschaltet.Außerdem gefällt mir, dass die Uhr, bis auf die grafische 10-Sekundenanzeige, keinen Schnickschnack hat. Sie macht einen ausreichend robusten Eindruck, ohne klobig oder etwa angeberisch zu wirken. Das Gehäuse ist gegenüber älteren G-Shock angenehm flach. Die runden Metallknöpfe sind, wenn man wie ich keine Wurstfinger hat, angenehm zu bedienen. Finde ich besser als die dicken rechteckigen Plastikdrücker anderer G-Shock-Modelle.Das Äußere und die Farbgebung finde ich insgesamt ansprechend. Positiv zu vermerken ist auch die genaue und gut verständliche Bedienungsanleitung. Als kleines Manko könnte man die zu kleine Beschriftung der runden Grafikfenster nennen. Aber das lässt sich wohl kaum anders machen und es ist für mich auch kein ernstes Problem, da ich nach kurzer Zeit ohenhin auswendig wusste, welche Information in welchem Kreissegment hinterlegt ist.Ich bin also rundum zufrieden. Volle 5 Punkte!Ach ja, noch was: Die Uhr war schon von Werk aus richtig eingestellt. Soll heißen: Einstellen des Heimat-Stadtcodes und Ausführen des manuellen Empfangs waren nicht notwendig. Dürfte wohl Standard sein.Update nach 2,5 Jahren. Akku wird auch bei wenig verfügbaren Licht einwandfrei geladen und hält, hält, hält...
