This flosser is a game changer for me, I have dental work that makes it hard to get regular floss in between some teeth so this is a life saver, it is compact and gentle on my gums the ones I had prior caused some discomfort I love the rubber piece on the precision head. So imagine my suprise when I couldnt find the charging cord, I ordered what I thought would be replacement cords but had to keep returning them as none were the correct size,thinking my only solution would be to buy a whole new flosser I finally tried the customer service and they were more than helpful and when all else failed the sent me a new cord within 5 days I was back in action and the charging cord is in a safe place. The customer service was definitely above and beyond. I cant thank them enough for their help.

Perfect size and cleans really wellI got the usmile C10 to replace my old bulky flosser, and I’m so glad I did. It folds up small enough to fit right into my makeup bag, which makes it perfect for travel. It’s super easy to use, gentle on my gums, and it really gets my teeth clean—my mouth feels fresh every time I use it. Definitely a great upgrade for everyday use!

This water flosser is an essential part of my oral hygiene routine. With 5 different heads and 4 modes, the flosser is able to target so many of my teeth concerns. I use it to gently clear out tonsil stones in the back of my mouth and plaque on my teeth. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for an actually useful water flosser.

Great for travel and everyday use too. Sure, it has a smaller water reservoir, so you do need to be mindful and finish your flossing without delay. I can normally do my whole mouth with one fill up. I also found that adding water directly to the reservoir, and not the fill hole, makes the process easier.

I have been flossing for a week now and it really left a deep impression on me! The water pressure is strong, but gentle enough for my gums, and I can feel the real difference in teeth cleaning after each use. It has multiple modes, including pulse function, which is very suitable for more targeted cleaning.

I ordered it for my long weekend vacation. It arrived earlier than expected, that is great. I’m impressed by their package and looks like a Apple stylish product. The size is super convenient and lightweight — doesn’t take up much space and easy to pack for travel. The water pressure is strong enough to clean between my teeth, but it’s not painful or too intense. The battery lasts a while too — haven’t had to charge it yet. I am delightful of my purchase so far.

The design of this thing frustrated me. Instead of putting the opening to the add water at the top, so that the water would easily pour straight down into the reservoir, they put it on the side of the unit, where you have to hold the unit towards its side, as the water angles around and then down. The opening is rather small, and things are awkward, and the outside of the unit will easily get wet.The cover of this opening to add the water is held onto the unit by a very narrow, flimsy piece of plastic, and you can see from the photo that mine shows it detached.The instruction manual is unimpressive, in my opinion, because it doesn't include some things I think should be explained.I do not recommend this water flosser at all.

Honestly shocked at the pressure it had. I really just needed something to take on the road and get the job done while without a full sized one and was quite impressed. This also comes with several really cool attachments.
