Not as Advertised in Real Ears
Definitely not 31 dB in my ears. Far inferior to Howard Leight Impact Pro, also rated 31dB. 14-lane, indoor 25yd range, not even with an AR-15 with the Side Blaster muzzle brakes in the house, larger caliber pistol shots were above the pain threshold. Returned with the comment they might be OK for observers way back behind the firing line in the Peanut Gallery. (Who remembers Howdy Doody and Buffalo Bob?)Hint: If you do go for them, be advised the replacement cuffs will cost more than half the price in shipping to return to the seller. I'll hold on to them, ingenuity will find a use.

NOT for Indoor Range!
DO NOT USE in an indoor shooting range. I did. I damaged my hearing so bad I was reading lips for nearly a week. Lost most of my hearing, now wearing expensive hearing aids. Glad I've got some hearing left.

Amazing performance for price and comfort
I was very skeptical given the low price, and would likely still prefer doubling up for magnums with muzzle brakes, but used these for the first time today with .260 Remington, .357 SIG and 25-06 with no problems at all. Very comfy. Highly recommend.
