Absolutely Great!
The Sacral Blocks are great if you have a problem with you S-I Joint causing you a pain in the butt. A video demonstration on how to use the Sacral Blocks is available on YouTube under the title "Lumbo-Sacral and Pelvic Blocking Stretching." See the URL below and the comments for the website of the video. I tried doing the particular techniques with normal pillows and even buckwheat pillows but the blocks are far better at doing the job. I hurt my butt in high school playing soccer and it took 20 years to find the solution to the problem. Here is the answer to the pain in the butt problem. The video shows that you if you have a pain in you left hip due to the S-I joint then you lay on your stomach, put one block under your right hip, the other block under the ribs under your left arm, another normal pillow under your left leg, and a rubber band (or belt) around your left foot to hold your left leg up to your left buttock. You hold this position for 6 minutes and you are done. This will relieve the pain in your back almost immediately in my case. The video recommends a rubber band but a normal belt will work just fine as a substitute. However, there are no substitutes for the Sacral Blocks so don't cheap out. I also recommend you use a Gaiam Yoga Block instead of a pillow under your leg since it is more effective for adjusting your hip because the Gaiam Yoga Block is firm enough so as not to compress too much yet soft enough to be comfortable. See product link below:Gaiam Yoga Block (Purple)The video also recommends to then lay on your back, put the blocks under you butt keeping your knees bent, and placing 25 pounds of weight on your hips for a minimum of 15 minutes. I find this second technique helps but the first technique is really effective. It is important to use this second technique of both blocks under your butt after using the first technique of using a rubber band or belt in order to have your back properly adjusted.Don't forget to use ice compresses for 15 minutes and ibuprofen to reduce the swelling. As always, seek medical care first before trying this on your own. I have been to a half dozen doctors and chiropractors to no avail but this product will hopefully work for you too.I also recommend using a "kneeling chair" and using a baseball or softball with the kneeling chair to massage your hip to work out the lactic acid in the muscles of your hip. See the book "MELT Method" by Susan Hitzmann for instructions on how to massage your own back. The kneeling chair will also prevent your S-I joint going out of position and I provide a link to a kneeling chair below in this review. Also, you can try a Mini-Thumper Pro, "Chi Machine," and/or a "jigsaw massager" that really helped me. See links below and comments.I also recommend doing yoga exercises to relieve pain in your hips while you back is hurting to recover quicker. You may also want to do IT band stretches for your hip which really help me. You can find the video of doing the yoga and IT band stretches below. You should then do back exercises and stretches once your back heals because the exercises will allow your back to recover faster in the event you back starts hurting again. best of all these blocks are inexpensive
Very impressed with these sacral blocks. They are lightweight, yet the foam has high density and holds its shape. The non-slip base works perfectly, keeping the block in place. best of all these blocks are inexpensive. The delivery time to Australia was fantastic, they arrived about 4 days after order. I have used the blocks on myself a number of times and they work a treat, realigning my pelvis and eliminating pain. I expect to cut my chiropractic visits at least in half, if not more. Great product, highly recommended.

Works perfectly!
I originally ordered a higher quality product but it was back ordered. I wanted to use something immediately but didn't want to spend a bunch of money when I knew the other product would arrive eventually. In the end, I like these much better than the original product. These are sturdy, they don't get hung up on my table when I am trying to slide them under people's hips and they are slightly bigger so they give a better stretch. There is no protective covering on them so mine are showing some wear from things like belts or just use but overall these are great and I'd buy them again. As a chiropractor, I use them daily on multiple people and they do the job exactly as I intended.

Sacral Blocks to the Rescue!
My wife has been combating pain since her late 20s (had a stroke at 26). Lyme Disease, Multiple System Atrophy, Advanced Degenerative Disc Disease, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Sjogren's Syndrome, Chronic Migraines and Arthritis are what she's currently dealing with now along with other non-pain related symptoms. She had to stop working late 2012 because she no longer had any good days at all.Her pain meds and muscle relaxers are doing very little now to help with the pain. SI joint injections helped the first time she got them. The second time, it only helped her left SI joint. She describes the pain at the SI joint location, as someone grabbing her muscles and clenching them in a fist, and pain pulses and radiates throughout her whole body. She said it feels like her right side is a rubber band that has been stretched as far as it can go. Her muscles and tendons are knotted and very tight. Her right leg will then be shorter than her left leg.We saw these in a video while researching SI joint pain, and decided to give them a whirl. I downloaded from S.O.T.O. basic instructions on how to use them. They don't make her pain free, but they definitely help in making the muscles and tendons relax a little and reduce the pain from a 10 to about a 7.

Can't Return if Opened! Just wrong...
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Can't return them!!I have used similar blocks personally with my chiropractor and with my clients as I work with many people rehabing back injuries. These blocks are far too hard and too large to use compared to others. I opened the box, used them once on myself, realized they were not what I needed, and guess what?! The seller will not allow a return because they've been opened and according to FDA guidelines they can't resell them. FDA guidelines have zero to do with good customer business, especially when the company does not have this information anywhere on the site. This business has no ethics and does not care to take care of their customers.
