Easy to put together. Love the color. Just right for me. Had a stroke and it is easy to get around. Would recommend to anyone with poor mobility. It's a must. Walking is getting hard on my right side. Leg gives out.

the scooter has been charging for 3 days the light indicator is only showing the first red light the battery light is not on the key light is on but the scooter will not come on.I miss my scooter when I purchased it made my day/life so much easier can someone please helpe solve this issue?

I broke my foot and was non weight t bearing for 8 weeks. This mobility scooter made it possible for me to still run my business & gave me the freedom to be independent inside and outside of my home as a single person.

The cart it's self looks good, seams to be built ok. The mechanical function of the cart don't work at all. I have charged the battery and I get nothing, no power. The seller just keeps saying to send him a video, and pictures. He will not send me a return label. I called Amazon customer service who said they will only help if the seller doesn't get back to me. So now I have to find some place who fixes these units and pay more money to have it fixed. Do yourself a favor and buy one of these things local so if something goes wrong you can bring it back to be fixed or refunded. I am very disappointed with both Amazon and the seller.UPDATE,.... Amazon stepped up as I hoped they would and was able to get the seller to refund my money. I do love Amazon!!! The seller has been nice, however not real helpful. I would have liked for him to hook me up with the right person who could have helped trouble shoot the problem. Maybe he will do that in the future. I'm sure if I lived anywhere by his store things may have been different. With today's technology I feel he should have done a video chat with me to help me get the thing going, so maybe this is a learning curve for him on how to better his business.

I dislike the size of the tires, and height of scooter. Pretty happy with everything else of scooter.

Item didn’t was to small, tried to do a return, they sent a label to where I would have to pay to ship it back. At the cost of 500.00. What a ridiculous thing. Asked for new label. Got no help. Now stuck with a scooter my FIL can not use. There wasn’t enough leg room for him. It should be advertised as a scooter for short/ small people. And it wasn’t. Now out 600.?? Some dollars.

Being taller than average, I could have used more leg space but a simple scooter that had done all that I need so far. Haven't taken it outside yet but performs well inside.

My wife loves it, easy to operate/ Can't thank you enough for such a reasonable price, makes it affordable for people on fixed income who need help to get around. Delivery was fast and sooner than promised. THANK YOU
