Severin Floorcare TB 7216 Jet Drive Turbo Brush for Vacuum Cleaners

My house is a multi split-level with 4 carpeted sets of 7 stairs each and several carpeted landings. Cordless stick vacuums are very convenient but just don't have a huge amount of suction and are a pain to clean (I have tried some top brands). I finally got a new Sebo with fantastic suction, but the power head was cumbersome to do stairs. In addition, you still needed to use another tool to get the back and side edges.I tried many different turbo heads, including the one from Sebo, and this Severin is my favorite by far:1) It has the best suction because it is smaller in width and has a smaller opening on the bottom.2) It keeps spinning the fastest on a carpeted surface or area rug, perhaps because the suction is stronger. Many turbpo heads will slow down too much or won't even spin. (It does slow down some, but is still very effective.)3) The opening on the bottom is closest to the front edge so it can clean closer to things. It also has several open notches in the front so you can slide it back and forth to suck right into the back edge of the carpeted stairs.4) It's small size makes it highly maneuverable to get under things and into tight spots or use a s pet brush for furniture.I just love this thing for its versatility. If you have large, open areas, you might find it too small. For smaller or crowded rooms it is great.I did need to a special adapter for the Sebo since it uses a 38 mm tube, where as this is 32 mm with an adapter for 35 mm.

Because our Severin vacuum is of such quality, I was expecting more from the turbo brush. It is only fair at best. It is driven by the vacuum's suction so pressing down much at all while vacuuming will cause the rotor to stop. After it has stopped it does not start spinning again unless I assist it with my finger. It will do an OK job with surface debris but don't expect any more than that.

Great suction and brush action. Unit is all plastic and needs to handled carefully. Kind of pricey for all plastic.

This thing worked a couple of times and then stopped. It's only been used lightly since we only have one room with carpet. We've taken it apart and cleaned it, but it still does not work. Didn't do a great job to begin with, but now it is absolutely worthless. If you have carpet, do yourself a favor and just buy a different vacuum cleaner.

I really like my Severin vacuum cleaner but needed a more powerful brush for the carpet (even though the carpet is no-pile). I cannot make the attachment stay attached to the extension tubes at all. It sometimes may be jammed on the hose itself but it's an onerous task and then unusable on a carpet unless you're on your knees.

I liked that it is lightweight and easy to put on in place of the regular floor part. The only thing is that the basic floor piece does such a good job I don’t know that I really need it. I’m still getting used to it so my opinion may change with experience. Anyway I’m so happy with the Severin vac.

The problem is it only lasts about a year, then it breaks. And the price keeps going up. I had the one tge vacuum came with, broje after a year, the brush stops spinning. Got a new one, paid some $35.00, now it looks like its on the last leg. And now the price is over $55. Not happy

Hair clogs it up, but you can take it apart and you can clean it up.

The media could not be loaded.  Ich hatte zuvor eine günstige Bürstendüse im Einsatz, die sich nach 1/2 Jahr mangels Qualität verabschiedet hat. Müll!!! Wer billig kauft, kauft zweimal...😒Diese SEVERIN-Bürstendüse hält, was sie verspricht. Man sieht ihr die Qualität schon beim auspacken an. Kraftvoll beim saugen, niedrig genug um unter viele Schränke zu passen. Sehr empfehlenswert!! Dank der Steck-Adapter passt sie auch an viele Saugrohre und muss nicht mit einer Verschraubung festgeklemmt werden, die sich immer wieder löst.Fazit: 5 ⭐👍🏻💪🏼

Performante anche con aspirapolvere più spompati. Funziona bene sui tappeti a pelo corto.
