BirdzEyewear Eagle Motorcycle Goggles

So far excellent goggles !
Only used a couple times, they fit well (can wear my ball cap with them and I don’t have big head and goggles fit around eyes decently), they have a excellent tint color to lense (just wish they were polarized), are comfortable to wear for a couple hrs at a time and kept the dust out of my eyes while mowing lawn (which is the reason for purchase) ! I don’t know what the longevity of these goggles will be but I bought 2 more pair because I liked them that much due to the fact they saved my eyes from dust while mowing ! It was a warm day the first time and they didn’t seem to fog up on me nor did they cause me to sweat any extra. The quality seems good up to this point for only having used twice so they are worthy of 5 star rating for now. For the price, even if I get only one season from a pair then I would think I got my moneys worth. I feel they were worth the purchase.

they work good for the money
not bad for the money.. only complaint is that the headband adjuster clip, when adjusted to fit my head, is resting on my right ear. over time, this can get annoying and slightly painful. I adjusted the headband a little tighter so the adjustment clip moved off of my ear, and it worked fine then but was a little tight.

Great tint, great for motorcycles. No good for bicycle riding or walking unless you live in a hot humid or windy place.
Pros:nicely sized, not too small.good for motorcycle riding and hot, humid weather conditions.Fit nicelycomfortable.nicely tinted with a good combination that diffuses the brightness of light while providing a level of advanced contrast, permitting greater definition of objects than other tints (such as smoke).Mirrored exteriorCons:Cheap foam padding skin contactAnti-fog is not good for all conditions. during average temperatures the insides of the goggles will fog during stationary or slow moving situations.I bought these because I am optically sensitive to light and yet I need to be in the sunlight as much as possible. The tinting is perfect. and I love the mirrored lens. Initially, when using them for driving, I had to have the defrost on, which kept the goggles from fogging, and I had to remove them when indoors for aesthetics when speaking to clients so I didn't become aware of the fogging problem right away. I could easily deal with the cheap foam used to pad the goggles on skin contact but the fogging is problematic. I am not using them for constant motorcycle riding, and even then, they would be bad for frequent, extended stops (long traffic lights, rest stops and roadside covers.

Don't ride without them
With the daylight hours getting shorter and the Motorcycle riding weather drawing to an end where I live I try to squeeze in as much riding as I can. These are great, wonderful, so good I have now purchased 3 pair in different colors. The amber ones make it so much easier to see things when it is dark out I was astonished. They brighten and seem to clarify the dark and dim light, yet reduce glare from on coming traffic. I enjoy my ride to and from work in the dark now. The clear ones I have are great on cloudy and overcast days, in light to dim to wear shades. Then the polarized tinted ones are my favorite for any time in the any bright light, they cut the glare, reflections, bright light from the sunrise or sun set. The fit and breath well. I have never had any problems with them fogging up. . .. Now they just need bug wipers. ha ha

Not like the first one
Product failure. I bought one and liked it a lot so bought another but yellow glass, n everything was the same EXCEPT one thing, the spongy soft foam that keeps the frame from touching your face was glued on improperly so when I put it on it narrows my field of vision. Very UNCOMFORTABLE. Tried to adjust it but it keeps failing.

My favorite goggles.
My favorite goggles. Fit tightly and very comfortably around the eye socket. Polarization is very good and overall view is extremely clear. I choose to put up with bugs in the face for this clarity - my helmet has a removable clear face shield (which I remove) and a built-in smoked visor, which lets a little glare get in under it, so I keep it retracted. As others noted, they do fog a bit, but clear up within 1/4 to 1/2 mile of riding and stay clear - I wear my BikerShades similar model when it is VERY humid, as they clear better, but the downside of that better clearing is that you get a bit of noticeable air flow on your eyes. The BikerShades also do not fit as well around my eye socket (YMMV). Wish the strap buckle was smaller and a little further back - it slips down over the ear very easily when putting your helmet on. I think I will remove the buckle and sew the strap to my desired length. I use the yellow ones once the sun goes down enough the glare is done.

Keep my eyes from watering on cold days
I ride a high powered electric bike to work that can do 35mph. I was having trouble seeing on bright mornings where trees line the road and pedestrians walk. When the sun is just over the horizon shining directly at me, I was using my hand to shade my eyes so I could see. These have been working great for the last year. I can see kids in the shade before they dart across the street. I put some blue painters tape over the holes on the side to reduce wind in the eyes and stop my eyes from watering. My face is thin and no hole are needed. At 35 mph on a under 40 degrees day, my eyes are fine. Have not used these on my motorcycle because I have a full face helmet.
