ASICS Men's Gel-Quickwalk 3 SL Walking Shoe

Love the shoes, but I have had to glue the sole back on multiple times. Prepare for mediocre quality. Fits just like other Asics I've had, which for me is wonderful. Very comfortable and stylish. Not the best vented shoe.3 Month Update: I have had to glue the sole back on these shoes about 1x per month and the top of one shoe is wearing. It will be a hole within the next few weeks. I love Asics, but these shoes are just crappy quality. Don't buy them.

Having another pair of Asics that seemed a bit large, I experimented and bought a half size smaller for these walking shoes. Out of the box, the left foot was snug enough that I considered sending them back. I decided that they would "break in" and could work for me. Five miles later, they're perfect; just what I was looking for and not at all tight. The shoes themselves are comfortable walkers, soft(er) in the forefoot and firm in the heel. They wouldn't work for me as runners because of the firm heel, but they're great for walking the dog in the morning. This is a quality shoe at a modest price.

Worn them for about a week now. My feet hurt badly after the first few times. They are getting better the more I break them in. Will update after more use.Update: Feet are feeling much better. I am standing or walking much of the day. Shoes are light. Upping my rating to 4 stars.

It asks questions and then makes a recommendation. The recommendation was spot on for me and I picked it for purchase. The shoe arrives 4 sizes too large. I double check the order and find that although the recommendation is spot on it defaults to ordering 4 sizes larger. I see no way to order the correct size and am now paying over $5 to return. Shame on me for not catching it.WARNING: DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME.

The Asics Gel-Quickwalk is a comfortable, good-looking walking show. However, the sizing is both Narrow and Small compared to other makers of the same size and style walkers. If you have narrow feet this show might work for you, but if you have D or wider width, forget it.

Exactly as advertised. Actually found this when i searched on duck go, for best walking shoes. I have a puma one from before, which is good too, but once dirty hard to clean. I walked miles and miles, climbed the big hill in delos island in greece. Got dirty, chalk white, just wiped it away with water and looks brand new.

Very comfortable shoe that fits my narrow foot. I’ve been trying to order another pair but it seems that ASICS no longer makes this walking shoe. One thing I noticed was that the front lip of the sole became detached which has happened on other shoes and one of the eyelets for the shoe lace came out which didn’t make much of a difference. Shoe repair sewed the lip on.

They have worked well.
