Truly great umbrella. However,I didn't realize it was 47" long. OMG, this thing scared me at first, but we had the fourth March winter storm in NYC today and I used my umbrella for the first time. I'm used to the tiny ones that slide in your purse when closed. I can tell you, there was no way to shove 47" into my tote. The great thing, it comes with a carrying case, so you can sling it onto your shoulder. Just be careful not to poke someone like I did.The umbrella is extremely strong, sturdy, and wide enough to fit 4 people underneath it. The gusts of wind were no match for this purple people eater, and I liked that I could angle it to protect me from the pelting snow. I'm sure once I get used to the size and how to carefully maneuver with it I will love it all the more.

I ordered this full-sized umbrella when my highly-portable, collapsible one proved itself incapable of standing up to some wild, winter-rain winds; in the two (wet!) months I’ve had it, it has proven itself over and over. From the way it snaps open with a solid, satisfying THUMP to the way its sixteen ribs keep its elegant curves secure against almost any gusts, it’s a winner. I find myself thinking how glad I am to have gotten it every time I reach for it.

I have this umbrella in orange, blue, pink, and rainbow. I originally bought them as photography props because the colors are so vibrant and beautiful (the pink is my favorite). But I also use them in rainy weather. I live in Texas so when it rains, it storms! I have used these umbrellas in tornadic weather and they were not phased a bit. I would definitely recommend!

Love this umbrella. I was looking for a blue umbrella for a special photo that I need it to do. This blue umbrella was perfect. good quality and it opens fast. Plus the black details make it look beautiful from the front. Look at the photos.

This umbrella is exactly what I was looking for. It opens with an easy push of a button. The actual size when it's open is nice and large. While I have only used it a few times, it appears to be sturdy and I think it will pass the test of time.

I adored this umbrella when I first bought it. To my dismay, starting several years ago, the inside metal parts started to rust. This has continued. I am trying my best to preserve the metal, but it seems obvious that the maker of an umbrella, the shelter from the rain, made to get wet, would utilize non-rusting metal parts. This is a big flaw.Who has the time to dry by hand the intricate inner spokes of their umbrella after every use? Of course I leave it open inside and sometimes outside to dry, but apparently this has not been sufficient. The rust has corroded most of the metal, and therefore I do not recommend buying this umbrella.

I purchased this umbrella to propose to my in the rain and it was a perfect piece to our day. It looked great in our photos and kept us BOTH dry the entire time

I had bought a small umbrella at a store that cost me twice as much and it was useless for windy conditions. I'm talking about under 10 miles per hour. Anyways, I had this one for several months and a couple of days ago I was able to test it in very windy conditions and I had zero problems with it...yes, it's a big umbrella and if it's too windy you might have to use 2 hands to control it (I'm 5"3) but it was no big deal. The most important part was that it was not inside out!. Love it and I would highly recommend it specially if a golf umbrella is too big and a travel one is too small. i like the umbrella! 5 stars regardless. there's no way to strap it over your shoulder that would make it comfortable or easy to walk with. it slides and sticks out a lot. still love it though.
