Certified ASTM D5511 D5526 100% Biodegradable, 10 Count,30 gallons, Heavy Duty 1mil, Large Trash Bags with Drawstring

These bags are great!!! I was a little skeptical at first because most biodegradable trash bags end up being way too thin and just not strong enough for practical use, fortunately I was very happily surprised by these! They’re big bags that feel very strong! They feel just as strong and look just the same as regular trash bags, but help the Earth so much more. Very happy with these bags, I will be continuing to buy them!

I love these I just wished they were not quite as expensive but I use them often. They hold up decent for yard work but can break easier than a normal trash bag.

These bags are actually biodegradable. They actually tell you how quickly they biodegrade. Second, they don't fall apart when when you get them wet - like The competitors ive tried in the past. Third, it makes my family and I feel like we are making a difference. ALSO I can throw them away in my regular garbage! I don't need to throw them away at a special compost able facility. The bags are sturdy but are good for the environment as they are biodegradable which is very important to me.

The title of the Amazon listing says "Compostable" but they are not - they are biodegradable, but do not meet compost standards so we cannot use them, and had to order another brand that is truly compostable.

These bags (TRUEBION Certified ASTM D5511 D5526 100% Biodegradable, 10 Count,30 gallons, Heavy Duty 1mil, Large) may be okay for household trash or a small amount of dry leaves, but do NOT plan on using them for wet leaves, weeds, or basically anything that could add weight. I would guess it could hold maybe 2 lbs. They are NOT heavy duty. They are very much only for LIGHT materials.

These trash bags are totally awesome ! Great to use when picking up debris around the yard and of course can be used at kitchen bags.

Used twice and both times they leaked.
