7 PIECE SET - Corning Visions Vision Ware Amber 1.5 Liter, 1 Liter, .5 Liter Sauce Pan Pot & 7 1/2 Inch Skillet Frying Pan w/ Lids

I got this Corning set because my wife wanted one for a long time. Unfortunately, you can't get a new set in the USA because it is not distributed here any more.There is alot to like about the cookware itself. It is surprisingly easy to clean, the handle does not get hot even though it might be on the stove for awhile, and it seems to heat surprisingly evenly, and it luckily did not shatter when I accidentally dropped one of the pieces.We did not want the skillet (we already use cast iron ones), but it came with the set. That piece will probably just collect dust. Also, the 0.5 liter is so tiny, it's almost unsuitable for boiling eggs.

The media could not be loaded.  My chef roommate was totally pumped to receive this set for Christmas and started using it immediately! He’s used them everyday since. He says he’ll never go back to metal cookware. He particularly loves how you can hold the handle. It doesn’t transfer heat! The fact that it’s TRULY health, non toxic and doesn’t effect the taste of food?? It’s the perfect cookware. He said the only hard thing is sautéing in it. Sticks pretty easily, but to him it’s worth the clean up.
