Great low carb substitute
It is the closest to the original that I've tried. Perfect for keto.It has a slightly different texture but is not noticeable in sauce and mixed with other ingredients.

Good tasting low carb alternative pasta. 50g portions very useful and actually a plenty big enough portion. Texture a little soft for me so I will cook slightly less than recommended 5-6 minutes next time.
