Razor E325 Electric Scooter

Ive had this for about a year for my 1.3 mile commute. I am 6'3" and 200 lbs. It works great for about 2 weeks then the battery slowly diminishes. I have replaced the batteries and then when power didnt return, I replaced the motor. Again, I had a good 2 weeks of 100% power then a consistent power erosion. My range is about 2 miles, the handlebars are a little short for me. I am not sure if I will keep with the cycle of replacing the motor/ batteries or go for a more expensive lithium battery scooter

Lmao, this thing is NOT a toy first an foremost. I would NOT give this too someone under 16 at minimum. This IS how ever, a super awesome efficacant way to get around the city. I just took it for a ride I live in center city Philly. I got from center city rode for about 15 mins down Columbus (Delaware river) and back to center city. It actually only started even showing signs of dying when I got close too my house. I also drove to the grocery store and back and puts around a bit before it died. Even than it wasn’t a horrible pain to push like a regular scooter. Super cool, fun, fast. Deff little bigger than I expected but otherwise pretty perfect for what I wanted. Deff getting a helmet though, this thing does pick up and Philly side walks and streets suck for bike paths. Worth it!

I bought 2 and I've only had them 2 weeks, but they are fast! I have 8 and 11 yr old boys and they love these things. I won't let them even stand on them without helmets because they are faster than anything they've had before.They are alot of fun for adults too! I bought the 2 yr warranty because of our past luck with any brand of scooter. Always follow the charging guides, it helps keep them going longer.I will update once they have some more miles on them.

This was an excellent purchase I'm extremely happy with this razor scooter first of all it was shipped right on time and in perfect condition no damage whatsoever everything that was supposed to be inside the box was inside the box !assembly was extremely easy it's pretty much all assembled all you have to do is attach the handle bar and the tiller which amounts to screwing in only two screws easy once again let me mention how well made the scooter is an incredibly sturdy the deck is handlebars tires rims everything real high-quality stuff it's pretty heavy it weighs about 60 lb but you know what I like that it feels like a tank really tough but it goes really really fast it takes about 4 or 5 hours to charge it back up but the scooter seems to hold a charge very well I've been running all around town here and haven't had one problem with the battery going dead or anything like that I haven't found the need to contact the customer service yet 4 Razorbut after talking to several friends of mine that also own razor electric scooters mention that their customer service was excellent top notch so my final statement for the razor 325 electric scooter is a big go go go buy one you'll be glad you did

I bought this scooter but I'm disappointed because I weigh 220 pounds and I can not climb on streets in uphill. The battery does not last anything from one to two hours. It was not a good investment so I do not use it anymore

Bought one for both of my sons. We now have about 50-75 miles on each scooter. Batteries remain strong and the kids continue to have lots of fun with them. It is pretty speedy, so I strongly, strongly recommend a good, well-fitting helmet for all riders.

Purchased this for my Very tall 12 year old son. Had it since Christmas. No problems charging. Charge last for miles and at least 40 minutes. We live in Florida, so it's flat. May get different results in more hilly areas.Goes very fast. He loves it. Always make him wear his helmet.Awesome purchase.

I purchased this scooter for my son for Christmas and needless to say I was really disappointed. My son rode it for 5 minutes and noticed a horrific grinding noise. I called Razor and of course they couldn't do anything to help but to tell me to take it to a dealer to get it repaired. I took it over and it turns out the brakes were defective! WHAT?!?!?! It was a brand new scooter! Now we are 2 weeks out and I finally got a call saying that it was done getting repaired. Brand new and we couldn't even use it for the past 2 weeks. It was so disappointing! Razor customer service was atrocious! They hide behind their website and links after links. I was on hold for 30 minutes before someone came on the phone and told me they couldn't help and to go to a service center!
