Lactaid Whole Milk, 96 fl oz

I am lactose intolerant and have tried all the milk alternatives. Oatmilk was the one I liked best, however I am not sure why I never tried this until recently, because nothing beats actual milk! From my understanding the process of breaking down the lactose makes the milk sweeter tasting than regular milk, which is actually kind of great because it tastes like cereal milk when you eat a sugary cereal. I particularly like the sweetness for eating cereal and making hot chocolate, and it probably lends itself to baking too. It also lasts really long if unopened and also much longer than regular milk once opened in my experience.

I love this company. They have really changed my life which sounds silly of course. I didn't realize I was lactose intolerant until 2018 or so. I always knew I had issues with milk (not so much ice cream and cheese) and I couldn't figure out why. Doctors were telling me it was GERD and IBS and putting me on all of these silly pills for reflux. In the end all I had to do was take probiotics periodically and start using Lactaid products! That was it. What a waste of time and money.Anyway, once I realized what my body needed I tried Lactaid and this is the only lactose free product I use that really works for me. I've tried the other companies, the lower end and the fancier ones and Lactaid is the only one I really like. It has the best flavor, even the low fat and skim milk versions. I never have to race to the bathroom or anything after having this milk. I use it in everything, cooked meals, cereal, coffee. Lactaid even has ice cream products which is great. I don't use the ice cream as often because I can handle regular ice cream pretty well, but I have tried it and it's very good. Anyway, I love this company and I'm a much happier person.
