We are a Hotel and we use them regularly and they break easily. If you are in the construction field or heavy duty work. go for something more expensive than these. For Hotels are just OK

for a lower end commercial radio it works very well.

Its a nice radio, however it's listed as a 'two pack' and I only received one. One star until they can get this corrected.
